Job Responsibilities

• Must have sufficient knowledge in import & export, international business, trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate & finalize with authority regarding Customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc of Commercial Department of the company.
• Co-ordinate with custom, vat, and others related Govt. Officials, C & F Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders, and Transport for Export & Import purpose etc.
• Execute, monitor and manage L/C related work which includes- corresponding with vendors, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and customs clearing.
• Independently and efficiently handling all Import/Export documentation. Liaising with Forwarders and ensuring facilitation with speed movement of exports and clearance of Imports - follow-ups.
• Establishment and processing of Back to Back LCs.
• Documentation making of all of the above-related tasks.
• Any other task assigned by commercial management

Major Job Responsibilities:
• Formulating brand strategies for Mobil/Omera Lubricant
• Conduct consumer recharge on the target audience along with Brand Equity.
• Maintaining communication materials for the department as per guideline.
• Support the digital media wing with regular communications materials
• Ensuring effective ATL media and Digital Media planning for the communication materials of Mobil & Omera.
• Ensure process and transparency outsourcing and procurement of any kind of marketing & brand related items of MJLBL.
• Provide media intelligence information regarding competitor’s new product,
• Find, evaluate, execute sponsorship/CSR/partnership/cross promotional activities with different organizations,
• Managing advertising agencies, media buying agencies and relevant vendors on a daily basis to strategize brand journey
• Maintaining relationship and communications with all major/relevant stakeholders of MJLBL

Other Responsibilities:
• Maintain proper relations with the news media.
• Brand Health Check and TOMA analysis
• Collect database in relevant format for the Digital & CLM wing
• Preparing work relevant presentations
• Act as the single point contact for any kind of sourcing and procurement for the brand team.
• Media monitoring through 3rd party.
• An Effective Team Player
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Adaptable and Able to Work Under Pressure
• Ability to Work Independently and Proactively
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
