The AIUB Law & Mooting Society successfully organized the academic session titled “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐂𝐉 & 𝐈𝐂𝐂: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬” with great dignity and academic enthusiasm.

The session included a valuable discussion on the 𝐉𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐂𝐉, conducted by 𝐌𝐝. 𝐒𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐫, and an insightful discussion on the 𝐉𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐂𝐂, conducted by 𝐌𝐝. 𝐈𝐤𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐢𝐫.

The discussion was highly valuable for the participants, providing practical understanding of international legal institutions, jurisdictional principles, and the procedures of international moot court competitions.

The programme was further enriched by the valuable remarks and continuous support of our respected Mentor, 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐫. The Society also expresses its sincere gratitude for the esteemed guidance of 𝐌𝐮𝐡𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐦 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐚𝐳 𝐒𝐢𝐫, 𝐉𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐢𝐫, and 𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐢 𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐫.

The AIUB Law & Mooting Society is pleased to invite all law students to an academic workshop titled “𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬.”

The session will be helpful for students preparing for the upcoming 𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚-𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, as it will guide them in understanding the essential techniques required for 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, and 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.

This workshop is arranged to provide students with a clear understanding of the basic foundations of mooting, including 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, and 𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐲. It will be a valuable learning opportunity for students who wish to improve their knowledge, develop practical skills, and prepare themselves for moot court competitions.

The session will also guide participants on legal research, memorial drafting, and the practical skills required to take part in mooting with confidence.
