Team AIUB successfully advanced to the 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 and achieved an impressive 𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 among 𝟱𝟬 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀, marking yet another commendable achievement for AIUB in the mooting arena.

The team was represented by 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗳 𝗛𝗮𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗶 and 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗮𝘇 𝗔𝘇𝗴𝗮𝗿 as 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀, and 𝗠𝗱. 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼 as 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿. The team performed under the valuable guidance and mentorship of 𝗠𝗱. 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗺 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗮𝘇, 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿, 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗮𝘄, 𝗔𝗜𝗨𝗕, whose support, direction, and dedication significantly contributed to the team’s overall performance.

Adding further distinction to this achievement, 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗳 𝗛𝗮𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀, earning individual recognition for his commendable advocacy skills, legal reasoning, and outstanding performance throughout the competition.

AIUB Law & Mooting Society (ALMS) is proud to announce that Team T-14 from the Department of Law, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), represented the university at the 6th PGCL SAARC International Moot Court Competition, 2026, held in Mumbai, India.

The team comprised Maliha Gulrukh Muzib Rimjhim and Rifah Nanjiba Nur as Oralists, and Nahid Hasan as Researcher, under the guidance of coach Md. Muhtasim Faiaz, Lecturer, Department of Law, AIUB.

Among 44 international oralists, Maliha Gulrukh Muzib Rimjhim secured the 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞, bringing remarkable recognition to AIUB and ALMS on the international stage.

This achievement reflects AIUB’s commitment to advocacy excellence, quality legal education, and international-standard mooting culture.

Team Formation Requirements -

Each team must consist of 3 members:
▪️ 2 Oralists
▪️ 1 Researcher

One member must be designated as the Team Contact Person.

Eligibility:
▪️ Participants must be enrolled in the 1st to 8th semester of the LL.B. Program.
▪️ 1st semester students may participate either as a Team member or as an Intern Researcher through the separate registration form.

Please ensure that all required information is provided accurately and completely. Incomplete or incorrect submissions may result in disqualification.
