Dengue Fever: A disease due to unhygienic environment
Dengue fever has become the 'talk of the country' of Bangladesh at present. It has spread throughout whole Bangladesh in an epidemic form. It is a virus fever. There are four different antigenic varieties of dengue viruses and all are transmitted by the daytime biting of adies aegypty mosquito. They are DEN-1, 2, 3 & 4 serotypes. From these viruses, two forms of dengue are recognised. One of them is classical dengue fever and the other is dengue haemorrhagic fever. Classical dengue fever is characterised by the abrupt onset of fever, malaise, headache, facial flushing, troubles pain. This pain is worse on eye movements, conjunctival suffusion and some backache that is a prominent symptom. Lymphadenopathy, petichae on the soft palate and skin rashes may also occur.

Yoga

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. It is a great way to work on your flexibility and strength. Everyone can proceed it as it's not just for people who can touch their toes or want to meditate. Yoga poses work by stretching our muscles. Moreover, they can help us to move better and feel less stiff or tired. At any level of yoga, one can probably start to notice benefits soon. In one study, people improved their flexibility by up to 35% after only 8 weeks of yoga.

Food Adulteration
Food adulteration is the process in which the quality of food is lowered either by the addition of inferior quality material or by extraction of valuable ingredient. It not only includes the intentional addition or substitution of the substances but biological and chemical contamination during the period of growth, storage, processing, transport and distribution of the food products, is also responsible for the lowering or degradation of the quality of food products. Adulterants are those substances which are used for making the food products unsafe for human consumption.

Dream

The word dream is a combination of images, thoughts and emotions that human beings see and hear in their mind when they are sleeping. Dreams can be extraordinarily vivid, splendid or vague; filled with joyful emotions or frightening images; focused and understandable or unclear and confusing. They are often similar to real life in some ways, but can also be very strange. Dreams can seem so real while they happen that the person might think that they are awake when actually they are asleep. According to a research work led by University of Barkley that almost 75% of the adult people remember their dreams in some way or another, even if it is only a small part, but children are very likely to remember most of their dream clearly.

From the Greek word meaning 'to scatter,' a diaspora is defined as a community of people who do not live in their country of origin, but maintain their heritage in a new land. The Bible refers to the Diaspora of Jews exiled from Israel by the Babylonians. But the word is now also used more generally to describe any large migration of refugees, language, or culture. Diasporas have been associated with loss and exile--two words that denote suffering and tragedy. Another group of people--the Africans--were forced to move away from their homelands because of slavery in colonial America.
Hence, a multitude of diasporas have occurred globally due to religious, social, political, economic and even natural forces. These forces can range anywhere from violent revolutions to massive earthquake –
