Job Title: MTO / Jr. Executive – Supply Chain

Location: Kawran Bazar, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing:
- Assist in vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order processing
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, trims, and accessories
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier agreements

Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for material receipt and dispatch
- Prepare inventory reports and highlight shortages or excess

Logistics & Distribution:
- Support transportation planning and delivery scheduling
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to production units
- Communicate with transport vendors for cost-effective solutions

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports
- Analyze lead times, cost efficiency, and supplier performance
- Assist in implementing ERP/SCM software updates

Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure proper documentation for imports/exports and local purchases
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and standards

১। ভুল করে পাঠানো মেইল ফিরিয়ে আনবেন কিভাবে?

উপরে ডান পাশে Settings আইকনে ক্লিক করুন। তারপর যান Settings > General > Undo Send.
Timer দিন ৩০ সেকেন্ড। ভুল করে পাঠানো মেইল সহজেই ফিরিয়ে আনতে পারবেন

২। Promotional মেইলগুলো একসাথে মুছে ফেলবেন কিভাবে?

Gmail এর সার্চ বারে “unsubscribe” লিখে সার্চ করুন। সব মেইল সিলেক্ট করে Delete ক্লিক করুন। এক মিনিটেই ইনবক্স পুরো ক্লিন হয়ে যাবে। প্রমোশনাল মেইলগুলো মুছে যাবে।

৩। Confidential মেইল পাঠাবেন কিভাবে?

নতুন মেইল লেখার সময় Padlock অপশনটি সিলেক্ট করুন। যাকে মেইলটি পাঠাবেন তিনি কপি, প্রিন্ট বা ফরওয়ার্ড কোন কিছুই করতে পারবেন না।

৪। ইন্টারনেট ছাড়াও Gmail চেক করবেন কিভাবে?

চলে যান Settings > See all settings > Offline.
'Enable offline mail' অন করুন। এখন থেকে Wi-Fi না থাকলেও ইমেইল পড়তে পারবেন।

মেইল লিখে Send বাটনের পাশে থাকা ছোট Arrow বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। Schedule Send বেছে নিয়ে সময় সেট করুন। আপনি ঘুমালেও আপনার Gmail কাজ করবে।

৭। মেইল Snooze করবেন কিভাবে?

মেইলের পাশে থাকা Clock আইকন ক্লিক করুন। কখন দেখতে চান সেট করে দিন। ইনবক্স থাকবে সবসময় গোছালো।

৮। Labels দিয়ে মেইল অর্গানাইজ করবেন কিভাবে?

Work, Personal, Travel ইত্যাদি Label তৈরি করুন। Toolbar থেকে Label বাটন ক্লিক করে ট্যাগ দিন। ইনবক্সে মেইল খুঁজে পাওয়া আরও অনেক সহজ হয়ে যাবে।

৯। নিজের Email Template বানিয়ে রাখবেন কিভাবে?

মেইল লিখে 3-dot menu > Templates > Save draft as তেম্পলাতে এ যান। একবার লিখে রাখুন, পরে শুধু পাঠিয়ে দিন

১০। Keyboard Shortcut দিয়ে সময় বাঁচাবেন কিভাবে?

Settings > General > Keyboard Shortcuts > On.
সব শর্টকাট দেখতে Shift + ? চাপুন। কয়েকটা ক্লিকেই কাজ শেষ হয়ে যাবে।
