Job Title: MTO / Jr. Executive – Supply Chain
Location: Kawran Bazar, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing:
- Assist in vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order processing
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, trims, and accessories
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier agreements
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for material receipt and dispatch
- Prepare inventory reports and highlight shortages or excess
Logistics & Distribution:
- Support transportation planning and delivery scheduling
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to production units
- Communicate with transport vendors for cost-effective solutions
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports
- Analyze lead times, cost efficiency, and supplier performance
- Assist in implementing ERP/SCM software updates
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure proper documentation for imports/exports and local purchases
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and standards
