মুরগির রোস্ট পছন্দ করেনা এমন লোক খুঁজে পাওয়া দুষ্কর. আজকে তাই আমরা আমাদের বয়েজ কিচেনে আপনাদের জন্য নিয়ে আসলাম মুরগির রোস্ট এর রেসিপি আশা করছি এটি আপনারা বাসায় নিজেরা রান্না করবেন এবং আমাদের জানাবেন কেমন হলো আপনাদের রান্না|
Ingredients:
Chicken legs 8 pcs
Salt ½ tsp
Ginger paste ½ tsp
Cooking oil 6 tbsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Bay leaves 2 pcs
Cinnamon 1 stick
Cardamom 5 pcs
Onion 1 cup sliced
Salt 1 tsp
Onion paste 3 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Red chili 2 tsp
Plain yogurt 4 tbsp
Raisins 4-6 pcs
Coconut 1 cup
Fried onions
Almond paste 3 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Green chili 5-6 pcs

ingridents:
5 sliced Texas toast or thick cut bread
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cardimon
3 green chili
pinch of salt

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp oil
2 Eggs
Salt to Taste
1 ½ tsp Chopped Garlic
2 tbsp Green Onion
1 tsp Chopped Ginger
4 tbsp Chopped Onion
3 Peppers,
¼ cup Diced Carrot
¼ cup Diced Bell Pepper
2 Chopped Green Chilies
4 cups of Cooked Rice
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp teasty salt
1 tsp Pepper
½ tsp dry chili
2 cardamoms, 2 Cinnamons, 2 bay leaf

Instructions:
1. First chopped all vegetable and chilies
2. Soak rice for 30 mins
2. In a small bowl, whisk eggs
3. Take a bowl and take some water, give some oil and some
oil and mix them and hit the water.
4. Give soak rice into the bowl
5. Boil the rice 7O-75%, and strain all the water and keep a side

Meat Noodles:
Meat Noodles is a popular first food cooked all over the world! This is easy making and loved by all age and it is tasty as well as healthy.

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 250 gms
- Salt-1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Noodles, 150 gms pack
- Spring onion,
- Spring onion/scallions,
- Tomato - 1 cup
- Capsicum, fine sliced- 1 cup
- Soy sauce- 1 tsp
- Vinegar- 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli - 2 tsp
- Salt & pepper to season
- Oil

Preparation-
- Firstly we marinate meat with chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and some salt.
Also use lemon juice.
- Keep it aside for half an hour.
-Then boil the noodles, strain then and use water for keep it fresh
- Fry eggs, Then scramble the eggs.
-Then Cook the meat.
- Take a pan and cook all tomato and capsicum with chili and onion
-then add coriander leaf. and cook then for three to 4 min
- Add the noodles and stir it lightly for it to open up.
- Now add egg and meat. Cook them for a while
- Then add our noodles and cook them for 4 min
- Our noodle is ready to be served.

ডিম দিয়ে মজাদার অনেক ধরনের রেসিপ্ হয়ে থাকে। ডিমের ঝুরি খুবিই মজাদার ও সহজে রান্না করা যায়। আপনারা বাসায় তৈরি করুন। ডিমের ঝুরির ভিন্ন স্বাদে সবাইকে চমকে দিন। ধন্যবাদ!!- বয়েস কিচেন

Ingredients for Egg jhuri or bhurji:
- Eggs- 5
- Onions, chopped- 3 medium
- Ginger chopped- 1
- Green chillies, chopped- 5
- Red tomatoes- 5 medium
- Coriander leaves, chopped- 1 cup
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Butter- 50
- Salt as needed

Preparation:

- Fine chop the onions, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves.
- Break the 56 eggs into a bowl, add 1/2 tsp salt, bitter and keep aside.

Process:

- Heat butter in a pan and add the chopped onions.
- Fry for around 5-6 mins on medium till soft.
- Now add the chopped ginger & green chili and fry for around 2 mins on low.
- Add in the chopped tomatoes, mix well and add in 1/4 tsp salt. Cook for 2 mins and then add turmeric, red chilli powder and 3/4 masala powder
- Cook till the tomatoes are soft and the masalas are cooked.
- Now pour the whisked egg uniformly on the masala, mix once and then . Mix well.
- Keep cooking and mixing well so that the egg gets cooked uniformly.
- Scramble the eggs well.
-add the coriander leaves
- Keep cooking for another 3-4 mins to your desired consistency.
-Our egg bhurji/egg jhuri is done.
