Job Type: Full Time (Contractual)
Weekly: 5 Days
Office Duration: 8 hours

২০১৭ সালে break_vs_continue নিয়ে একটি পোস্ট করেছিলাম একটি গ্রুপে। Suddenly চোখে পড়ল। তাই ভাবলাম একটু Knowledge share করি।


আমাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবনে বিভিন্ন সমস্যা সমাধান করার জন্য এই দুইটি কীওয়ার্ড অনেক বেশি ব্যাবহার করা হয়। অনেক সময় এই দুইটির ব্যাবহার কোঁথায় হবে এটা অনেকেই বুঝতে পারে না। কিন্তু এই দুইটির কাজ অনেক সোজা।

তাহলে শুরু করা যাক। আমি প্রথমে একটা বাস্তব জীবনের প্রবলেম এর মধ্যে এই দুইটি ব্যাবহার করার চেষ্টা করব।
#ব্রেক ঃ মনে করুন, আপনি একটি দৌড়ের প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করেছেন। এই খেলার কিছু শর্ত আছে জিতার জন্য।

১) এখন খেলা শুরু আগে আপনাকে একটি বাক্স দেয়া হয়েছে যেখানে মোট ৬টি রঙ এর রুমাল আছে। যেমনঃ লাল, নীল , সবুজ, হলুদ, পিঙ্ক, কালো ।

যে কোনো মেশিন লারনিং সিস্টেম বানানোর জন্য, ডাটা Collection এর পর প্রথম যে Challenge আসে, সেটা হল DQA (Data Quality Assure) করা
Data Quality Assure করার জন্য আমাদেরকে কয়েকটি বিষয়ের উপর নজর রাখতে হবে।
১) ডাটা Accuracy
2) Data Label Accuracy
3) Data Completeness
4) Data Consistency

প্রথম পয়েন্ট নিয়ে এর আগে একটি পোস্ট করেছিলাম। আজকে দ্বিতীয় পয়েন্ট নিয়ে কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কথা এই পোস্ট এ লিখব ইন শা আল্লাহ।

একটি সুপারভাইসড মেশিন লারনিং অথবা এ আই মডেল ভালভাবে কাজ করানোর জন্য ফিচার ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং এর গুরুত্ব যেমন অনেক বেশি ঠিক তেমনি সঠিকভাবে ডাটা লেবেল গুলোকে সাজানো অনেক বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। কোন ইনপুট এর জন্য কি ধরনের লেবেল হবে তা যদি ঠিকভাবে আমি আমার এ আই মডেল না বলি তাহলে সে আমাকে ভুল আউটপুট দিবে। আপনি যত ভালই মডেল বানান না কেন আউটপুট জিরো।

কয়েকদিন আগে আমাদের একটি এ আই সিস্টেম এ কিছু কিছু ইনপুট এর জন্য উলটা পাল্টা আউটপুট আসতেছিল। ক্লাইন্ট ক্ষেপে গেল। পড়ে আমরা বের করলাম ক্লাইন্ট যে ডাটা গুলো আমাদের কে দিয়েছিল সেগুলোর বেশ কিছু লেবেল ভুল ভাবে দেয়া হয়েছিল। ক্লাইন্ট কে বলার পড়ে সে বুঝতে পারছে।

এখন দেখেন এখানে কিন্তু আপনার এ আই মডেলের কোনো সমস্যা নাই। সমস্যা হল ডাটা লেবেলের। তাই যখন আপনি ডাটা পাইপলাইন তৈরি করবেন আপনাকে ডাটা লেবেলের প্রতি ভাল্ভাবে নজর দিতে হবে যাতে করে ভুল না হয় এবং ক্লাইন্টকেও বার বার বলবেন ডাটা লেবেল যেন ঠিকভাবে দেয়।

তাই পরিশেষেঃ Accurate data labels are just as important as feature accuracy - "Valiappa, Robinsin, Munn"

কোটি টাকার ড্রিম প্রজেক্ট- পড়ুন এবং ভাবুন।
Deep Reinforcement Learning - A sub-area of Deep Learning - আমার খুব পছন্দের একটি সাবজেক্ট। এই মেথড ব্যাবহার করে আমি অনেক প্রফেশনাল কাজ করেছি এবং এখনও করছি। আমার সবগুলো কাজের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে Challenging কাজ ছিল - Powering UAV with Deep Q-Network for Air Quality Tracking.
এই কাজের মেইন উদ্দেশ্য ছিল - কম সময় এবং কম এনার্জি খরচ করে ড্রোনের মাধ্যমে একটি নির্দিষ্ট এলাকার সবচেয়ে দূষিত AQI (Air Quality Index) বের করা। কিন্তু একটি কঠিন শর্ত ছিল - দূষিত জায়গাটি Pre-defined ছিল না অর্থাৎ যে কোনো জায়গাই দূষিত হতে পারে। আরেকটি শর্ত ছিল - একের বেশি দূষিত জায়গা থাকতে পারে। সুতরাং এই দুইটি কঠিন শর্ত সামনে রেখে আমাদেরকে ড্রোনের মুভমেন্ট নিয়ে অনেক গবেষণা করতে এবং মুভমেন্ট প্রেডিকশন এর জন্য আমাদের ডিপ কিউ নেটওয়ার্ক (Deep Q-Network - DQN) ব্যাবহার করতে হয়।
এই কাজটি সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করতে আমাদের প্রায় ২০ মাস (২০২০-২০২২) সময় লাগে। প্রায় খরচ হয় কমপক্ষে ২ কোটি ৭১ লক্ষ ৮৭ হাজার টাকা যার পুরোটাই ছিল - Smart city urban infrastructure air quality real-time monitoring and prediction platform technology development” through the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy প্রজেক্ট এর ফান্ডিং থেকে খরচ করা।
আমার মেইন Contribution ছিল Drone Movement Analysis করে Proper Algorithm Design করা এবং Less Drone Movement Time and Energy এর মাধ্যমে দূষিত AQI Find করা।
এই কাজটি অনেক কঠিন কাজ ছিল - যার জন্য আমাদেরকে দিনের পর দিন খুব কষ্ট করতে হয়েছে। কিন্তু প্রতিটি দিন ই কিছু না কিছু শিখেছি।
যেটাই হউক শেয়ার করার আসল উদ্দেশ্য হল - কোনো ভাল কাজ করার জন্য ঐ কাজে সময় দিতে হয়, ধৈর্য এবং লেগে থাকতে হয়। তাহলেই দেখবেন একটি সময় সফলতা পাবেন ইন শা আল্লাহ।
কাজটি - MDPI Q1 Sensor Journal Publish করা আছে। সময় থাকলে কমেন্ট বক্স এর লিঙ্ক থেকে ঘুরে আসতে পারেন ইন শা আল্লাহ।

আমার চিন্তার সাথে কারও চিন্তা নাও মিলতে পারে। শেয়ার করতে ইচ্ছা করল তাই করলাম

আমাদের আশে পাশে অনেকেই institute এর হয়ে অথবা personally বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে শিখানোর try করছে। আমিও করি।
কিন্তু পড়াতে গিয়ে আমরা এমন কিছু দাবি করে বসি অথবা এমন কিছু নেগেটিভ marketing করে বসি যেটা মতেই ঠিক নহে।

১) অনেকেই দাবি করে বসে তাদের ইন্সিটিউট ই সেরা। বাকিরা কিছুই না। এই ধরনের চিপ thinking কখনই ভাল generation maintain করতে পারবেনা।

কোনো ইন্সিটিউট ই পারফেক্ট না। কোনো না কোনো gap থাকবেই। তাই নিজেকে ভালো বানাতে গিয়ে other institute কে ছোট করা যাবেনা।

২) আমরা কেনো জানি সম্মিলিতভাবে কাজ করতে চাই না। ধরেন এক্স Institute ভাল টিচার দিয়ে training provide করছে, কিন্তু তাদের job placement or freelancing support ভাল না। এখন আরেক কোম্পানীর উচিত তাদের এই gap ta reduce করার জন্য jointly কাজ করা। আমরা কি আসলেই করি অথবা করলেও কত % করি????

৩) ধরেন আপনি x course এ ৫০ জন কে train করছেন। এখন ৫০ জনের ভিতর y% এর situation বেশি একটা ভাল না course end করার পরে। তাদের আরও extra 1 year লাগতে পারে। সুতরাং তাদেরকে আমরা কি course end হওয়ার পর extra and enough সাপোর্ট monitor এর মাদ্ধমে দিচ্ছি কিনা?

৪) আমি কোনো Institute কে তখনি best বলব যখন দেখব তাদের কাছ থেকে শিখে ১০০% candidate কোনো না কোনো জায়গায় পেইড কাজ করতেছে। আমি হয়তোবা বলব ভাল কিন্তু সেরা বলার জন্য আমার কাছে ১০০ তে ১০০ ই পেতে।

এই সেরা হওয়ার challenge যখন সবাই সামনে রাখবে তখন সবার Institute এর service সেরা হওয়া শুরু করবে।

এবং এই সেরা তখনি হওয়া সম্ভব যখন সবাই (Teacher, Industry, Stackholder, Other institure) jointly কাজ করা শুরু করবে ইন শা আল্লাহ।

so, unity is the best strength.

Read, Think and Decide

The demand of Deep learning in the area of computer vision is increasing significantly day by day. The computer vision market is expected to grow from 11.9 billion (2018) to 25 billion USD (2025) and it will increase day by day (reference in the comment box).

Please note that, computer vision can be applied in various fields (CSE, EEE, CIVIL, ARCHITECTURE, MEDICAL and so forth)

For example -

Medical science.....Doctors and specialists will rely on ML processed medical reports to prescribe or operate. Example...radiology.

EEE...one.of the biggest examples of ML.with EEE is power forecasting which helps to decide next intervals for load sheading . Moreover, many eee sensors data processing is relying on ML nowadays.

Civil or mechanical can also follow same example for eee.
Fault detection in mechanical parts or crack detection in structural foundation, requires high precision micro sensors or proper imaging system. Once you have data from those sensors, rest is ML DL.

Finally, generative DL is sweeping over the designers in engineering sections as well as the asthetics. Generative DL can give you designs or design options of mechanical, electrical parts or machine to human designers. All they need to do is add a bit of realistic commands to visualize them as product.

The same example is available for interior design with generative DL.

So the market of computer vision is extremely huge. Wow. Alhamdulillah.
