The 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡 (𝐍𝐔𝐁) expresses its sincere appreciation to 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐦 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭 (𝐁𝐃) 𝐋𝐭𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐥 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐋𝐭𝐝., sister concern of 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩, for providing the opportunity to organize an industrial visit for the students of Batch 43.
The visit was conducted on August 1, 2026, under the supervision of our esteemed faculty members, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀.𝐌. 𝐑𝐢𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐦, 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐫. 𝐄𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐧, 𝐋𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫. More than 40 undergraduate students participated in this educational tour, which was designed to strengthen their practical knowledge and understanding of contemporary textile manufacturing processes.
During the visit, the students received comprehensive exposure to the company's production operations, including the 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐃𝐲𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 (𝐄𝐓𝐏), 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. They observed modern manufacturing techniques, quality control procedures, sustainable production practices, and workflow management, enabling them to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and industrial application. The visit provided invaluable insights into real-world textile production and reinforced the importance of integrating academic knowledge with practical experience.
The Department extends its heartfelt gratitude to the management and technical personnel of 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐦 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭 (𝐁𝐃) 𝐋𝐭𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐥 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐋𝐭𝐝., for their warm hospitality, professional guidance, and generous sharing of industrial expertise throughout the visit. Their cooperation greatly enriched the learning experience of our students.

Such initiatives play a vital role in developing competent, industry-ready graduates and nurturing the next generation of textile professionals who will contribute significantly to the advancement of the textile and apparel sector.
