⚽ Textile Futsal 6.0 – A Celebration of Passion & Team Spirit ⚽

The excitement of Textile Futsal 6.0, held on 22nd April 2026 at JAFF, brought together energy, sportsmanship, and unforgettable moments on the field.

After a series of thrilling matches, Team 41 Thunder FC (41 Batch) emerged as the Champion, showcasing outstanding teamwork and determination throughout the tournament. 🏆
A big round of applause to Team Fiver Force (1st Semester) for securing the Runner-up position with an impressive performance. 👏

The prize-giving ceremony, held at JAFF, was graced by our respected faculty members:

বর্ণিল আয়োজনের মধ্য দিয়ে উদযাপিত হল নর্দান ইউনিভার্সিটি বাংলাদেশ কর্তৃক আয়োজিত বৈশাখী উৎসব ১৪৩৩। বর্ণাঢ্য র‍্যালী শেষে সম্মানিত উপাচার্য অধ্যাপক ড. মো. মিজানুর রহমানের নেতৃত্বে এনইউবি ট্রাস্টি বোর্ডের মাননীয় চেয়ারম্যান আবু ইউসুফ মো. আব্দুল্লাহ, ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান মিস হালিমা সুলতানা জিনিয়া, এনইউবিটি সদস্য মিস লাবিবা আব্দুল্লাহ, মিস নূরজাহান আব্দুল্লাহ, মোছা. হাবিবুন নাহার, মুন্সী ফখরুল ইসলাম সহ আমন্ত্রিত অতিথিরা টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বিভাগের স্টল "তন্তুজাল" পরিদর্শন করেন। বিভাগীয় প্রধান জনাব জি এম ফয়সাল স্টলের নামকরণ এবং বাঙালি জাতির বস্ত্রের ক্রমবর্ধমান ইতিহাস তুলে ধরেন। অতিথিরা স্টলে প্রদর্শিত শিক্ষারথীদের হাতে বানানো বিভন্ন পিঠা-পুলি, হরেক-রকম অলংকার, শাড়ি, অন্যান্য কাপড়সহ লোকজ সংস্কৃতির উপস্থাপনার ভূয়সী প্রশংসা করেন। বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থীরা আকাঙ্ক্ষিত অতিথিদের উপস্থিতিতে বিভিন্ন আনন্দ স্লোগান দেন। সর্বপরি আনন্দঘন পরিবেশে মুগ্ধতা নিয়ে অতিথিরা তন্তুজাল পরিদর্শন শেষ করেন। 🍂

The Campus Day Competition of Textile Talent Hunt – Season 10 was held on Thursday, 16 April at 2:30 PM in Room 105 of the Main Building at Northern University Bangladesh. The event was organized by the Textile Club of the Department of Textile Engineering, Northern University Bangladesh.

Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman, Vice-Chancellor of Northern University Bangladesh, attended the program as the Chief Guest. Mr. Syed Iqbal Rizvi, Managing Director of Sameet Dye Chemical Ltd., was present as the Special Guest. In addition, Mr. Faysal Ahmed, Project Coordinator of Textile Today Innovation Hub, participated in the event as a speaker.

The program was chaired by G. M. Faysal, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Textile Engineering, Northern University Bangladesh.🍂

The event is being organized by the Textile Club, Department of Textile Engineering, Northern University Bangladesh.
