We (Bangladeshi) students are currently peacefully protesting against quota,but Student League an organization of the government ambushed us.Nearly two hundred people were injured and many were killed in the attack. At this time we need you very much because the journalists of our country are on the side of the government.They have no news on this issue.They have not promoting about on this issue.Seeking freedom has now become a crime for us.

দিন আসে দিন যায়, কালের পরিক্রমায় সবকিছু সাদাকালো থেকে রঙিন হয়, ইতিহাসের পুনরাবৃত্তি ঘটে। সবকিছুই বদলে যায়, প্রেক্ষাপট বদলে যায়। শুধু বদলায় না আমাদের মনোবল, আমাদের অধিকার আদায়ের লড়াই, আমাদের ভেতরকার সুপ্ত আগ্নেয়গিরি আর কিছু শব্দের মেলা।

১৯৫২ থেকে ২০২৪। ৭২ বছর! কিচ্ছু বদলায়নি শুধু সাদাকালো হতে রঙিন হতে পেরেছি ।

কিছু কেন্দ্রে ৯:৩১ এর পরেও গেট বন্ধ হয়নি ! শিক্ষার্থীরা ৯:৫৩ মিনিটে প্রবেশ করতে পেরেছে !

আবার কিছু কেন্দ্রে ৯:৩০ মিনিটেও প্রবেশ করতে দেওয়া হয়নি ! কয়েক সেকেন্ডের মধ্যে বিনা-সতর্কতায় গেট বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হয়েছে !

এবিষয়ে পিএসসির চেয়ারম্যানের বক্তব্য “যদি কোনো শিক্ষার্থী যথাসময়ে পরীক্ষার কেন্দ্রে আসতে না পারে, তা হলে আমাদের দৃষ্টিতে সে পরীক্ষার অযোগ্য।”

আমার কথা, যে কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়িত্বে থেকেও ২৩ মিনিটের ব্যবধান আর অসমতা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারলো না, সেই চেয়ারম্যান বা কর্তৃপক্ষ কি ১ মিনিট দেরি করা শিক্ষার্থীর কাছে যোগ্য ?

I graduated from BUET (Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology). It is one of the premier engineering institutions of the country, or so we believe. You might have heard about us from our friends and alumni as most BUET graduates eventually move on to higher education in prestigious universities in the US, UK, Australia and beyond.You must have also heard about us when 3 of our students have been brutally murdered by the student wing of active political parties in Bangladesh in the span of 20 years.As a long end to a brutal era of student politics and consequence to the backlash and student protests, student politics
was finally banned in BUET in 2019. This step has ensured our safety.
But now the student wing wants to make a comeback by imposing their brutal student politics upon us. As the general students of BUET we want peace.The country is with us, but our media,institutions and the administration is not helping us. We are getting assault and death threats just because of wanting to ensure our safety.
We need help. We appreciate any help. We want your voice on this matter; we want you to stand
beside us. We want your solidarity, because if BUET is lost, we do not know what we will do.
