We are delighted to share our research paper, “A Novel Explainable Deep Learning Model for Early-Stage Brain Tumor Classification: Multi-Level Feature Fusion from Merged MRI Datasets,” published in Artificial Intelligence and Applications (AIA) by Bon View Publishing. 🧠🤖

The study presents an explainable deep learning framework for early-stage brain tumor classification using MRI images, integrating ConvNeXt-Tiny and DenseNet169 through multi-level feature fusion.

The proposed framework achieved 99.74% classification accuracy and incorporated LIME and Grad-CAM++ to provide interpretable insights into model predictions. The study also includes statistical significance testing and ablation analysis, emphasizing both predictive performance and transparency in medical imaging.

Currently pursuing a Master of Science (Research) at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Malaysia, as a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA), while serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Khwaja Yunus Ali University (KYAU), Bangladesh, he continues to make meaningful contributions to Artificial Intelligence and healthcare research.

His research focuses on Biomedical Imaging and Biostatistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), bridging advanced computer vision techniques with clinical decision-making to enable accurate and early disease diagnosis.
