The range of service will include modalities such as resource sharing, written advice or through virtual meeting via zoom or google meet. However, considering the limited time and resource, it will be done more in advice mode than full scale series of counseling session mode. The session will employ a positive psychology approach that will build on the positive aspects and strengths of the support seeker and develop resilience than focusing solely on deficits.
