On Friday, January 17, 2025, the AIUB Research for Development Club (AIUBReD) successfully conducted its membership interview at the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), Annex-1.

A total of 486 applicants from 4 departments enthusiastically applied to join the club, showcasing their passion for research and development. All applicants actively participated in the interview, sharing their ideas, aspirations, and commitment to contributing to AIUBReD's vision of fostering innovation and research excellence.

The AIUB Research for Development Club (AIUBReD) successfully conducted its general meeting today with the participation of all 37 active members.

The meeting was presided over by the club founder, Fatin Ishtiaque, who shared an overview of the club’s previous activities, current status, future work plans, membership requirements, and updates regarding the executive committee.

During the discussion, Mr. Fatin Ishtiaque emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration among members during challenging times and encouraged everyone to continue supporting the club's initiatives.

Members and the acting executive committee expressed their enthusiasm and support for establishing a permanent committee or Ad Hoc committee to ensure the club’s sustainability.

The meeting was also graced by the presence of other club founders, including Shariha Hossain, Tohur-Uz-Zaman Shovon, and Md. Anas Khan, whose contributions further enriched the discussion.

Special thanks to Mr. Asif Mahamud, the executive of AIUBReD, for managing everything. We also extend our gratitude to our honorable mentors and AIUB OSA for their guidance.

We look forward to continued dedication and teamwork from all members in taking AIUBReD to greater heights.
