Let’s clarify some points about postponed and other issues from Masum Ahmad, founder and convener of Career Olympiad.


We launched Career Olympiad with a big dream to provide opportunities for university students from all over Bangladesh. But suddenly Bangladesh faced lockdown for COVID-19 and we are not out of that.
We tried hard to execute the event by changing policies those finally did not work and COVID won. We had to postpone Career Olympiad. It was very pathetic for me as a founder and convener.


By this time a number of students completed registration by paying us 500BDT by each.
We announced to give the money back and mailed them with a process so that we can give them the money back. After getting the response we gave the money back with the easy and good process.
A few number of participants did not response on the mail and later we mailed them again who will get the money on 18th January 2021. We will find each and every one and give the money back in sha Allah.


As we announced to continue the Olympiad for free, we worked on it and Alhamdulillah we got sponsor. Career Olympiad season 1 is going to be held without any registration fee. We are very near to inaugurate. Our new number of participation is 50,000.
As we are committed to give the best, we postponed rather giving some eyewash for the money. We came for the best and we must give the best. We thank each and every participants and leaders for being with us patiently.

Md. Tajdin Hassan is a marketer and an entrepreneur. He is the Head of Marketing at 'The Daily Star', Co-Founder of 'Torun', a youth platform along with 'Zengage', a skill development center and 'Think Content', a platform for marketers. He is also one of the initiator of 'Mission Save Bangladesh'.He is Google Squared certified which is Digital Marketing Leadership qualification developed by Google.
