Job Title: Jr. Executive / Executive – Compliance (HR, Admin & Compliance)
Location: Croydon Kowloon Designs Limited, PLOT # 285-288, DEPZ, Ganakbari, Ashulia, Dhaka.
Experience: 1–3 years in Compliance, preferably in the RMG/Garments industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, BEPZA requirements, buyer standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular factory compliance inspections and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Maintain and update compliance-related records, documents, registers, and reports.
- Coordinate social compliance audits, buyer audits, and third-party assessments.
- Follow up on audit findings, corrective action plans (CAP), and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor compliance related to working hours, wages, leave, benefits, health & safety, welfare, and employee facilities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper implementation of compliance requirements.
- Prepare compliance reports, checklists, and management updates.
- Support employee awareness and training programs on workplace policies, labour law, health & safety, and code of conduct.
- Perform other compliance-related duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
- Practical knowledge of RMG factory compliance and social compliance standards.
- Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and BEPZA regulations.
- Experience in handling buyer/social compliance audits will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English communication and report writing.
