Industry Visit to Race Online Limited – A Glimpse into Bangladesh’s Core ISP Operations

On behalf of Sonargaon University Programming Club (SUPC),
MD Mahmidul Hasan (RJ Esteak) General Secretary and Kazi Sabbir (Executive of Cyber Security) had the incredible opportunity to visit the Head Office of Race Online Limited – one of Bangladesh’s leading ISP, data center, and connectivity solution providers.

What We Witnessed Inside Their Core Team Operations
We were given an exclusive walkthrough of their live environments:

Security Operations Center (SOC) – real-time threat monitoring, incident response, and cyber defense strategies.

Network Operations Center (NOC) – 24/7 backbone monitoring, traffic management, and fault handling.

System Administration – server maintenance, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure management.

ISP Service Delivery – how they provide seamless internet services to thousands of clients across the country.

It was an eye-opening experience to see industry-grade tools, workflows, and teamwork in action – something textbooks can never fully capture.
