Ms. Saima Kamal has more than 7 years’ experience as a senior HR professional in the banking sector and more than 5 years in the private corporate sector. She was Manager at the Institute of Learning and Development of NRB Bank Ltd. She is a specialist at assessing organizational training needs, curriculum development and training delivery, including e-learning. She has a Masters from Dhaka University and Advanced Certificate in Business Administration from IBA.
