A huge shoutout to InclusionX for their hard work in shaping the world to better.

Five years ago a high school student dreamt of a society where people with disabilities had a safe and more acceptable space altogether in the mainstream world. Turning the dream into reality, Labib Tazwar Rahman founded InclusionX in 2015.
As the name suggests, it's overachieving aim is to include marginalized people and taboo topics into the mainstream. InclusionX is a NGO working on the inclusion of people w/ disabilities, mental health services, adolescent reproductive health, inclusive computing and arts education. This organization is the pioneer in giving computer training (known as Joy of Computing) to people with Down Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Alongside, they have been arranging seminars and programs in educational institutions to make mental healthcare more accessible to students. Almost 2000 students voluntarily participated in their Mental Health Outreach seminars and reported to have been benefited.
Although Joy of Computing has been on a halt due to the pandemic, their diverse activities in the mental health sector haven't stopped. The most popular one thus far has been the ‘Students Ask Psychiatrist’ video series. Teenagers can get in touch with mental health professionals, ask them about their problems and hear what valuable insight the psychiatrists have to offer on a certain topic. Stress and anger management, depression, autism, family relationships etc have been tackled till now and more are yet to be published. There is also a menstrual health team that strives to bring awareness of such an important yet grossly stigmatized subject. They have been training parents of children with disabilities since last year on menstrual health hygiene and have trained about 100 parents so far, and moving forward they are going to train more parents.
At InclusionX all the volunteers share the dream of building a more inclusive and empahtetic society for people w/ disabilities and work for it. Likewise, we stand by InclusionX and recognize it’s an effort for making an inclusive space for people w/ disabilities.

Follow their pae at https://www.facebook.com/inclusionx/ to support their journey!
