Staying silent is not easy. At the same time, when we stop an activityโ€”especially talkingโ€”our brain starts talking even more. If we learn to control that time through positivity, spend less time on social media, and keep focusing on the things we need to accomplish, gradually silence begins to feel golden.
We learn to remind ourselves to step away from unnecessary conversations. After all, as humans, we often love arguments and debates! If explaining yourself and giving away your valuable time seems likely to turn into meaningless conversation, choose silence.
If someone doesnโ€™t give you the floor to speak, donโ€™t force your way into the conversation. Instead, prepare your own space. When the right time comes, you will see where this perseverance has taken you.
Above all, learn to be patient. There is no substitute for patience on this journey. Use your time to make yourself more valuable. โค๏ธ
