Rajuk Uttara Model College Scout Group

Today, an Admission Test for Classes 6 to 9 was held at Rajuk Uttara Model College. On this occasion, 7 Scouts and 10 Rovers from our group actively volunteered throughout the day in two separate shifts.
Our volunteers sincerely assisted the candidates in reaching their respective examination rooms, supported the teachers in maintaining discipline, and helped arrange printouts of missing admit cards when necessary.
We highly appreciate their dedication, sense of responsibility, and tireless efforts in ensuring the smooth ex*****on of the admission process.

We are delighted to share that our Senior Rover Mate, Mashrafi Hasan Sinha, has actively participated in the Senior Rover Mate Workshop organized by Bangladesh Scouts, Dhaka District Rover.
This workshop brought together dedicated Rover Scouts from various groups, focusing on enhancing leadership skills, responsibilities of Senior Rover Mates, and strengthening the overall Rovering spirit. Through this platform, participants engaged in meaningful discussions, learned about organizational structure, and developed their capacity to lead and serve more effectively.
Mashrafi Hasan Sinha’s participation reflects his commitment to personal growth, leadership excellence, and the core values of Scouting. His achievement is a proud moment for the Rajuk Uttara Model College Rover Scout Group.
We congratulate him on this accomplishment and wish him continued success in his scouting journey. ⚜️

Today, our scouts took part in an experimental assessment on the entire scout syllabus. We would like to thank all of our scouts for taking part in this assessment. Also, special thanks to our Unit Leaders, Senior Patrol Leaders and Patrol Leaders for successfully conducting the whole thing.

Swimming is not just a sport—it is a life-saving skill. For our students and scouts, it stands as one of the most essential abilities to learn and master. As our scouts prepare for their upcoming President’s Scout Award, practical swimming sessions are not only necessary but vital.
But our goal goes beyond passing an exam.
A true scout is always prepared—to protect, to serve, and to respond in times of need. Learning swimming empowers our young volunteers to save lives, build confidence, and develop resilience. It is a step toward becoming responsible citizens and compassionate human beings.

আজ আমাদের জন্য এক অত্যন্ত আনন্দের দিন। আমাদের স্কাউট গ্রুপ সাফল্যের সাথে ৮ম বছরে পদার্পণ করেছে!

২০১৮ সালে একদল কৌতুহলী কিশোর-কিশোরী আর বড় স্বপ্ন নিয়ে আমাদের যে যাত্রা শুরু হয়েছিল, আজ তা একটি বিশাল ও প্রাণবন্ত পরিবারে পরিণত হয়েছে। এই আট বছরের পথচলাটা সহজ মনে হলেও এর পাছনে ছিল এক একটি স্বার্থহীন মানুষের গল্প। গত আট বছরে আমাদের কিছু অর্জনের কথা না বললেই নয়।

গ্রুপের এ সাফল্যের পেছনে যাদের অবদানের কথা না বললেই নয়; আমাদের অধ্যক্ষ স্যার, গ্রুপ সম্পাদক যার জন্য রাজউক কলেজের স্কাউটিং আজ এই পর্যায় এবং নিঃস্বার্থভাবে কাজ করে যাওয়া পূর্ববর্তী সকল সিনিয়র উপদল নেতা, যারা সঠিক নির্দেশনা দিয়ে এই স্কাউট গ্রুপকে আজ এই পর্যায় নিয়ে এসেছেন। ভবিষ্যতের দিকে তাকিয়ে আমরা সেই একই প্রতিজ্ঞা পুনর্ব্যক্ত করছি: সর্বদা প্রস্তুত থাকা এবং এই পৃথিবীকে বর্তমানের চেয়ে একটু সুন্দর করে রেখে যাওয়ার চেষ্টা করা।
