না। তাদের গল্পটা ঠিকমতো বলা হয়নি।

এটা Chevening ২০২৬-এর real সংখ্যা। আর এই একটা সংখ্যাই বলে দেয় যে স্কলারশিপ পাওয়া মানে শুধু ভালো result না। এটা একটা skill এবং স্ট্রাটেজিক ভাবে প্ল্যান করলে এই skill এখন থেকে তৈরি করা যায়।

জুন ২০২৬ চলছে। Chevening-এর পরের cycle খুলবে August ২০২৬-এ। DAAD-এর deadline October ১৫। মানে হাতে এখন যা সময় আছে, এটাই সবচেয়ে দামি সময়।

➡️ তাহলে winning application আসলে কী?

Chevening-এর official selection process বলছে:

প্রতিটা application independent reading committee আলাদাভাবে score করে। তারা দেখে leadership potential, career clarity, আর দেশের জন্য impact। CGPA-র কথা কোথাও নেই।

আর যে ভুলগুলো ৯০% applicant করে?

- Copy-paste SOP

-Generic leadership example, যেমন :
I want to be successful টাইপ career goal।

- referee-কে শেষ মুহূর্তে বলা

➡️ winning style কেমন হয়?

নিচে দুটো example দিলাম, একটা weak, একটা accepted:

Weak version:
I have demonstrated leadership in my community and helped people.

Chevening winner 2025:

Over 18 months, I tutored 23 low-income students in mathematics. Their average test scores rose from 58% to 81%. Today, 17 of them are enrolled in university preparation programs.

পার্থক্যটা কোথায়- সংখ্যা আছে। সময়কাল আছে। Real impact আছে। এটাই committee মনে রাখে।

আরেকটা example : Erasmus Mundus accepted applicant 2025:

At 2:47 AM, the only water pump in our village failed during harvest season. By 6 AM, using wire from a broken fence and springs from my bicycle, I had it running again. That morning, 15 farming families had water.

এই লেখা নয় Committee-র পড়া শেষ হওয়ার পরেও মাথায় থাকে।

➡️ এখন তুমি কী করবে?

১. নিজের গল্পটা খোঁজো:

লিখতে বসো। কোন মুহূর্তটা তোমাকে বদলে দিয়েছিল? কোন সমস্যাটা তুমি solve করেছিলে? সেখানে কতজন মানুষ ছিল, কতটা সময় লেগেছিল, ফলাফল কী হয়েছিল? এই প্রশ্নগুলোর উত্তর হলো তোমার SOP-এর raw material।

২. Referee এখনই ঠিক করো এবং brief করো:

শুধু একটা letter লাগবে বললে হবে না। তাকে বলো তুমি কোথায় যেতে চাও, কেন, আর তুমি কীভাবে পরিবর্তন এনেছিলে। ভালো letter লিখতে সময় লাগে। লাগলে নিজে ড্রাফট করে তাঁকে দিয়ো ।

আমি নিজে যখন Australia Awards-এর জন্য prepare করেছিলাম, judicial দায়িত্বের মাঝে, একটা জিনিস বারবার মনে হয়েছে scholarship committee একটাই জিনিস খোঁজে। এই মানুষটা কি সত্যিই কিছু করতে চায়? নাকি শুধু বিদেশে যেতে চায়?

তোমার SOP-এ যদি সেই সত্যিকারের চাওয়াটা থাকে, তাহলেই তুমি এগিয়ে আছ✨

পদের নাম ও পদসংখ্যা:
১. সহকারী অফিসার (সাধারণ) - ১২৫ জন
২. সহকারী অফিসার (ক্যাশ) - ৬৩ জন
৩. ডাটা এন্ট্রি অপারেটর - ৯৯ জন
যোগ্যতাঃ ডিগ্রি/অনার্স পাশ
আবেদন শুরু...
আবেদনের শেষ তারিখ: ২৩ জুন ২০২৬, বিকাল ০৫:০০ টা পর্যন্ত।

সামনের ৬ মাসে ৬টা fully funded scholarship এর window open হবে। আপনি কি ready?

শুরু হয়েছে June, ২০২৬।

সামনের ৬ মাস বাংলাদেশি students দের জন্য সবচেয়ে important। কারণ এই সময়ে একের পর এক scholarship window open হবে। তাই যারা এখন থেকে prepare করবেন, তারাই সুযোগ পাবেন। যারা deadline এর পরে জানবেন, তারা আরেকটা বছর অপেক্ষা করবেন।

তাই আজকের post টা save করুন; আর ক্যালেন্ডার এ note করুন।

➡️ প্রথমেই দেখি সামনের ৬ মাসে কোন scholarships আসছে:

June থেকে July 2026:

1. Stipendium Hungaricum 2027, Hungary

Application window June থেকে July তে open হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা। Tuition free, monthly stipend, accommodation। IELTS না থাকলেও MOI certificate দিয়ে apply করা যায়।

যেটা এখনই করবেন: Course research, documents ready করুন।

2. DAAD Scholarship 2027, Germany

July থেকে August এ open হয়। Monthly stipend, tuition waiver, health insurance। Master’s এবং PhD এর জন্য। DAAD scholarship এর জন্য application preparation শুরু করতে হয় deadline এর কমপক্ষে ২ মাস আগে থেকে।

তাই এখনই করুন: German university র professors দের সাথে contact শুরু করুন।

➡️ August থেকে September 2026:

3. Chevening Scholarship 2027, UK

August এ open হয়। Fully funded। Tuition, living cost, flight সব covered। 2 বছরের work experience mandatory।

এখনই যেটা করবেন: ৩টা UK university research করুন, referee ঠিক করুন, essays draft শুরু করুন।

4. Swedish Institute Scholarship 2027, Sweden

September এ open হয়। Fully funded Master’s। Monthly living allowance, travel grant included।

5. Korea GKS 2027, South Korea

September এ open হয়। Tuition free, monthly stipend, flight, accommodation, Korean language course।

➡️ October থেকে November 2026:

6. Erasmus Mundus 2027, Europe

October এ open হয়। 2 থেকে 3টি European university তে পড়ার সুযোগ। Monthly stipend, tuition, travel সব included।

➡️কার জন্য কোন scholarship suitable:

১. Work experience, leadership background আছে: Chevening, Australia Awards, Swedish Institute Scholarship।

২. Fresh graduate বা কম work experience: Stipendium Hungaricum, Turkiye Burslari, Korea GKS।

৩. Research করতে চান, PhD target: DAAD, Erasmus Mundus।

৪. IELTS নেই কিন্তু MOI আছে: Stipendium Hungaricum, Turkiye Burslari।

➡️ এখন থেকে যা করবেন:

1. IELTS score না থাকলে এখনই preparation শুরু করুন। সব scholarship এ লাগবে।

2. SOP এর একটা rough draft লিখুন।

3. ২ জন referee ঠিক করুন।

4. Documents ready করুন। Transcript, certificate, passport সব updated রাখুন।

5. এই sites প্রতি সপ্তাহে check করুন: scholars4dev.com,

Scholarship পাওয়া একটা continuous process. এর জন্য সবচেয়ে বেশি প্রয়োজন ধৈর্য্য, সঠিক Timing আর preparation।

এখনো পরিষ্কার না ঠিক কী ধরনের analytical প্রশ্ন আসবে, বিশেষ করে লিখিত অংশে। তবে এটা নিশ্চিত—যারা নিয়মিত puzzle, critical reasoning, data sufficiency প্র্যাকটিস করছেন, তারা এগিয়ে থাকবেন।

আমরা অনেক দিন ধরেই বলছি—Analytical Ability বাদ দেবেন না। কারণ চাকরির বাজার এখন আর আগের মতো নেই। শুধু তথ্য জানা নয়, তথ্য ব্যবহার করে সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারাটাই আসল স্কিল।

আমাদের কাছে সাধারণ জ্ঞান কখনোই ব্যাংকার নিয়োগের একটা টেস্ট ক্রাইটেরিয়া হিসেবে যথাযথ লাগত না। কারন OPEC-এর সদস্য পদ কোন দেশ ত্যাগ করেছে এটা জানার চেয়ে- ব্যাংকার হবার জন্য এর চেয়েও ঢেরবেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হলো seigniorage থেকে কেন্দ্রীয় ব্যাংক কতটা আয় করতে পারে, বা CBDC চালু হলে crypto-এর প্রভাব কতটা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা যাবে—এই ধরনের বিষয় বোঝা। পাশাপাশি current topics নিয়ে structured writing পারাটাও জরুরি।

চাকরির বাজার প্রতিনিয়ত বদলাচ্ছে। এমপ্লয়াররা এখন এমন প্রার্থী চায়, যারা critically think করতে পারে, নতুন চ্যালেঞ্জে দ্রুত adapt করতে পারে। সামনে নতুন pay scale এলে প্রতিযোগিতা আরও বাড়বে—এটা নিশ্চিত।

👉 Conventional পড়াশোনার বাইরে এসে analytical & strategic হোন
👉 Finance, Banking & Economics-এর বেসিক মজবুত করুন
