Dr.Ishtiyak Ahmad Tanha was sitting on a wall with a poem reciting-"Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall."
But accidentally he slipped from that slippery wall and got pain on his head.
Next day,he started reciting-"Dumpty Humpty wall on sit,fall a great Humpty Dumpty it."
Solve 1: Which area of his brain got affected?
Solve 2: Mention the broadman's area number.
Solve 3:What the reason behind his unruly recitation on the next day.

Solve 1: Broca's motor area was affected.
Solve 2: area-44,45.
Solve 3: He suffered from expressive aphasia and couldn't deliver proper words.

Day 2: Let's learn a new thing everyday.

One day Newton was under a tree and an apple fell on his head.He was severely hurt but tried to hide it from his wife.Upon going home his wife observed his eye as blackish and caught him.He was cured by his physician wife and ultimately proposed "law of gravitation"
Solve 1: Which layer of the skull got damaged for his consequences?
Solve 2:How his wife diagnosed that he got injured in his head?
Solve 3:Why that is called dangerous layer of the skull?

Solve 1: 4'th layer or loose connective tissue layer got damaged for his consequences.
Solve 2:As black eye is produced due to bleeding in 4'th layer of the skull as frontal belly of occipitofrontalis doesn't have any frontal attachment,it can be diagnosed that Newton got hurt in his head.
Solve 3: Because extra cranial infection can be spread to intracranial venous sinus through emissary vein of that layer.

Dr. Shibly found a depression little below the vertex towards forehead his nephew's skull.The baby was about one year old and suffering from loose motion.
Problem 1:Why the skull depressed?
Problem 2:what is the anatomical features of that area?
Problem 3:What is the clinical significance of that area?
Problem 4: Mention an embryological disorder of that area.

Solve 1:Due to dehydration the intracranial pressure decreases and the skull got depressed.
Solve 2:The condition appears due to lack of fusion of coronal suture with sagittal suture.
Solve 3: During birth the position of the head of the baby can be identified by this landmark.
The sutures fuses at about 18-24 months after birth and age of the baby can be identified by this.
Solve 4: This may be exacerbated by anencephaly

২০২১-২২ শিক্ষাবর্ষে মেডিকেল ও ডেন্টাল ভর্তি পরীক্ষার তারিখ চূড়ান্ত করা হয়েছে। আগামী ১ এপ্রিল এমবিবিএস ও ২২ এপ্রিল বিডিএস এর ভর্তি পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

আজ বুধবার (১৬ ফেব্রুয়ারি) ভর্তি কমিটির এক সভায় এটি চূড়ান্ত করা হয়।

২০২১ সালের এইচএসসি পরীক্ষা ফলাফল আগামী রোববার (১৩ ফেব্রুয়ারি) প্রকাশিত হবে। আজ বৃহস্পতিবার (১০ ফেব্রুয়ারি) শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে পাঠানো এক সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়েছে।

শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বলা হয়েছে, আগামী ১৩ ফেব্রুয়ারি, ২০২১ সালের এইচএসসি, আলিম, এইচএসসি ভোকেশনাল, এইচএসসি ব্যবসা ব্যবস্থাপনা ও ডিপ্লোমা-ইন-কমার্স পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রকাশিত হবে।
