Alhamdulillah! We've Successfully completed our two-day Managerial Leadership Workshop with an inspiring group of leaders from diverse industries.

The journey over these two days was filled with deep learning, powerful conversations, real-life case discussions, and practical leadership tools. Participants actively engaged in self-reflection, shared industry insights, and explored modern managerial leadership practices that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

From leading self to leading teams, the workshop focused on strengthening decision-making, communication, emotional intelligence, and people management skills—essential competencies for today’s managers navigating complex organizational challenges.

Grateful to be a part of the TEDx Uttara, 25 Organizing Committee as a member of the Event Management Team.
Alhamdulillah, TEDx Uttara has been successfully delivered — and this journey has been nothing short of a powerful learning experience. Despite having intense professional commitments during the event timeline, I consciously accepted the challenge and tried to contribute with my best possible effort wherever needed.
