Implemented by Language Proficiency Center Ltd in collaboration with Edzone, we offer 'Customized Language Training Program' that is designed to help your company/organization/business achieve the success it deserves through smart communication in English.

We are dedicated to providing customized language training programs for all types of employees. Our aim is to create a learning environment that satisfies the learners, enabling them to confidently communicate and place themselves in the multinational market. Our support to trainees is based on understanding their individual capabilities, and we maintain a professional atmosphere that creates a livable space so learners can bring out their best from their practice.

We understand that effective communication skills are essential for success in today's business environment, and we have a team of experienced trainers who have completed different language-based training programs in the United States of America. Our language training program duration depends on the specific needs of your company, and the program cost varies depending on the number of sessions and total hours required.

Our language training programs focus on enhancing communicative skills in English, using workplace language (including professional writing and email writing), and developing soft skills/etiquette. We offer training programs at your office or at Edzone's office, whichever is most convenient for your company staff.

By the end of the program, participants will have developed language competency enabling them to express their ideas and thoughts in English. আমেরিকায় পিএইচডি করতে আসার আগে কয়েকটি বিষয়ে আন্ডারগ্রাডেই অভ্যস্ত ও দক্ষ হওয়া প্রয়োজন :

১. রিসার্চ আর্টিকেল পড়ার অভ্যাস এবং তার ক্রিটিক্যাল এনালাইসিস করার দক্ষতা অর্জন করা: আমেরিকায় গ্রাড লেভেল কোর্সে টেক্সবুকের চাইতে বিভিন্ন রিসার্চ আর্টিকেল ব্যবহার করা হয়। তাছাড়া গবেষণায় রিসার্চ আর্টিকেল পড়ার কোনো বিকল্প নেই।

২. সাইন্টিফিক রাইটিং:
সাইন্টিফিক রাইটিংএ রেফারেন্স ব্যবহার করতে হয়। বিভিন্ন আর্টিকেল পড়ে কোনো একটি বিষয়ের উপর তার সারসংক্ষেপ লিখতে পারা নিজের ভাষায় (ইংরেজিতে) কোনোরূপ কপি-পেষ্ট না করে। আমেরিকায় গ্রাড লেভেল কোর্সে রিভিউ রিপোর্ট লিখতে হয়। থিসিস প্রপোজাল, ম্যানুসক্রিপ্ট, ও থিসিস লিখতে সাইন্টিফিক রাইটিংএ দক্ষ হওয়া খুবই জরুরী।

৩. প্রেজেন্টেশানে দক্ষ হওয়া:
যেকোন টপিস্কের উপর পাওয়ার পয়েন্ট তৈরী করতে পারা এবং পাওয়ার পয়েন্টই বিভিন্ন ড্রয়িং, ফ্লো-চাট, ও এনিমেশন করতে দক্ষ হওয়া। গ্রাড লেভেল কোর্সে, গ্রুপ মিটিং-এ, প্রপোজাল ডিফেন্সে, টিচিং এসিসটেন্টশিপে, থিসিস কমিটি মিটিং-এ, থিসিস ডিফেন্সে, সিমপোজিয়াম ও কনফারেন্সে প্রেজেন্টেশান দিতে হয়। প্রেজেন্টেশান দক্ষতা ছাড়া গ্রাড স্কুলে সারভাইভ করা মুশকিল।

৪. ডাটা এনালাইসিস ও বেসিক প্রোগ্রামিং:
গবেষণায় বিভিন্ন RAW বা ক্রুড ডাটা জেনারেট করা হয়। এই সব ডাটা একসেল (Excel) বা সমমানের প্রোগ্রাম (যেমন: Origin Lab, Sigma Plot, Graphpad prism, mathlab, Mathematica) ব্যবহার করে গ্রাফ, প্লট, স্ট্যাটিসটিকাল ( বিভিন্ন রিগ্রেশন ও PCA) এনালাইসিস করতে হয়। বেসিক প্রোগ্রামিং এজন্য পাইথন ও R শেখা খুবই জরুরী।

এইসব বেসিক বিষয় শিখতে ইচ্ছা না করলে এবং এতে আনন্দ না পেলে আমরিকার গ্রাড স্কুলে সারভাইভ করা মুশকিল।
