দেশের সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগের চূড়ান্ত ফল আগামী বুধবার প্রকাশ করা হবে। এ নিয়োগে শূন্য পদ যাচাই-বাছাই শেষে বিজ্ঞপ্তির অনুমোদিত পদের সঙ্গে পাঁচ হাজারের মতো পদ বাড়ানো হবে। আজ সোমবার প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের সচিব ফরিদ আহাম্মদ প্রথম আলোকে এ তথ্য জানিয়েছেন।


ফরিদ আহাম্মদ বলেন, সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের সহকারী শিক্ষকের শূন্য পদ যাচাই-বাছাই শেষে পাঁচ হাজারের মতো পদ বাড়ানোর সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে। বুধবার চূড়ান্ত ফলাফল প্রকাশ করা হবে।
প্রাথমিকে সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগের জন্য ২০২০ সালে বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হয়। বিজ্ঞপ্তির অনুমোদিত পদ অনুসারে ৩২ হাজার ৫৭৭ পদে শিক্ষক নিয়োগ দেওয়ার কথা থাকলেও এটি বাড়ানোর উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হয়েছিল। চলতি বছরের মার্চে মন্ত্রণালয়ের এক সভায় সাংবাদিকদের বলা হয়েছিল, ৪৫ হাজার সহকারী শিক্ষক নেওয়া হবে। অবসরের কারণে ১০ হাজারের বেশি পদ খালি হওয়ায় পদ বাড়ানোর সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছিল।

কিন্তু লিখিত ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষা শেষে চূড়ান্ত ফলাফল প্রকাশের আগে পদসংখ্যা বৃদ্ধি নিয়ে সংশয় তৈরি হয়। পদ বৃদ্ধির দাবিতে আন্দোলন করেন চাকরিপ্রার্থীরা। চলমান নিয়োগপ্রক্রিয়ায় সর্বোচ্চসংখ্যক শূন্য পদে নিয়োগ এবং পদসংখ্যা বৃদ্ধির দাবিতে ৬১ জেলায় জেলা প্রশাসকের কার্যালয় ও জেলা প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অফিসে স্মারকলিপিও দেন চাকরিপ্রার্থীরা।

গত ২৮ নভেম্বর প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে জানানো হয়েছিল, প্রকৃত শূন্য পদ যাচাই-বাছাই শেষে ১৪ ডিসেম্বর চূড়ান্ত ফল প্রকাশ করা হবে। এখন বিজ্ঞপ্তির অনুমোদিত পদের সঙ্গে পাঁচ হাজার পদ বাড়ানো হলে মোট পদ হয় ৩৭ হাজারের কিছু বেশি।

সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক নিয়োগ কার্যক্রমের ইতিহাসে এটিই এখন পর্যন্ত সবচেয়ে বড় নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি। ২০২০ সালের ২৫ অক্টোবর অনলাইনে আবেদন শুরু হয়। আবেদন করেন ১৩ লাখ ৯ হাজার ৪৬১ প্রার্থী। নিয়োগে লিখিত ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষা তিন ধাপে নেওয়া হলেও চূড়ান্ত ফলাফল একবারেই প্রকাশ করা হচ্ছে। প্রথম ধাপের লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হন ৪০ হাজার ৮৬২ জন, দ্বিতীয় ধাপে ৫৩ হাজার ৫৯৫ এবং তৃতীয় ধাপে ৫৭ হাজার ৩৬৮ জন।

•Attending pre-flight briefings
•Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats
•Ensuring that all emergency equipment is in working order prior to take off and explaining, and demonstrating safety procedures and equipment to passengers
•Ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away
•Checking that all passenger seat belts and galleys are secured prior to take off
•Clearing and collecting the meal trays from passengers
•Distributing landing cards and other documentation where necessary
•Administering first aid
•Dealing with emergencies
