Centre for Trade Studies, Bangladesh (CTSB) is an organization established by some bankers engaged in trade business of different Banks.
Main focus of the organization is to enrich the members with latest trade knowledge, technology & best practices.

The following two topics were discussed:
a) Export Facilitation Pre Finance Fund (EFPF)[ BRPD Circular No. 1 dated 1 January 2023] by Md. Monjurul Islam, JD, BRPD, Bangladesh Bank
b) Recent important FE Circulars by Jb. Pradip Paul , Additional Director, Bangladesh Bank

On July 29th CTSB arranged a discussion on Forex Management and recent policy declarations by Bangladesh Bank conducted by Mr. Harun Or Rashid, Additional Director, Bangladesh Bank. Senior bankers, coordinators & members of CTSB were present in the discussion and actively participated. We are thankful to the moderator and guests for their lively participation.

CTSB session on Changes in new Import Policy Order 2021-24 and challenges of exchange rate management in recent times was held at Motijheel, Dhaka on June 10, 2022. Guest speaker was from Bangladesh Customs .Thanks to moderators and participants on behalf of CTSB
