আসসালামু আলাইকুম সকল পাঠকগণকে। আশা করি ভালোই আছেন। আমরা সকলেই পৃথিবীতে বাস করি। পৃথিবীর সকল পদার্থেরই রয়েছে গঠন ও সেই পদার্থের সম্পর্কে রয়েছে অনেক কিছু জানার। কিন্তু আমরা পৃথিবী সম্পর্কে কতটুকু জানতে পেরেছি? যা জেনেছি তা কিভাবে জানলাম ? এসব কিছু নিয়েই আজকের লেখা তাহলে চলুন দেরি না করে শুরু করা যাক।

প্রথমেই একটা কথা বলে রাখি মহাকাশে আমরা ভূপৃষ্ঠ নিচের থেকে বেশি পথ পাড়ি দিতে পেরেছি । এর মূল কারণ হচ্ছে মহাকাশে কোন বাধা নেই। তবে ভূপৃষ্ঠের নিচে ভ্রমণ করা কিংবা কোন যন্ত্র বা যন্ত্রাংশ পাঠানো কোন সহজ ব্যাপার নয়। কারণ এক্ষেত্রে বাধা আছে। এখন পর্যন্ত মানুষ মাটির নিচে ১২ কিলোমিটার যেতে পেরেছে। এই উদ্যোগটি ছিল রাশিয়ার তৎকালীন সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়ন। তবে ১২ কিলোমিটার খনন করার পরই সেই স্থানে সিলমোহর দিয়ে বন্ধ করে দেয়া হয়। তবে এই ১২ কিলোমিটার খননের জন্য আমরা বিভিন্ন ফসিল ও শিলা এর পরিচয় জানতে পারি। তাহলে কথা হচ্ছে , কিভাবে আমরা জানলাম ভূপৃষ্ঠের নিচে রয়েছে শীলা মন্ডল , গুরুমন্ডল, ট্রপস্ফিয়ার ইত্যাদি? এ সকল তথ্য জানার মাধ্যম হচ্ছে ভূমিকম্প। আমাদের পৃথিবীতে প্রতিদিন ঘরে ঘরে গড়ে পঞ্চান্ন ভূমিকম্প সংঘটিত হয়ে থাকে। যখন কোন স্থানে ভূমিকম্প সংঘটিত হয় তখন সেই স্থানে তিন ধরনের ওয়েভ বা রশ্মি দেখা যায়। এগুলোকে বলা হয় পি ওয়েভ, এস ওয়েভ এবং অন্যটি হলো এল ওয়েভ। তবে মাটির নিচে কি রয়েছে তা জানতে পি ওয়েভ, এস ওয়েভ এর ভূমিকা সবচেয়ে বেশি। এদের মধ্যেও আবার পি ওয়েভ বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।পি ওয়েভ এর গতি সবচেয়ে বেশি। কত জানেন কি? সেকেন্ডে 6 কিমি। প্রত্যেকটি রশ্মি বা ওয়েভের নির্দিষ্ট সঞ্চালন মাধ্যম থাকে। তবে পি ওয়েভ কঠিন , তরল, বায়বীয় সব মাধ্যমে সঞ্চারিত হতে পারে। অন্যদিকে এস ওয়েভ সেকেন্ডে ৪.৫ কিলোমিটার বেগে চলে। এটি অনেকটা আলোকরশ্মির মত সঞ্চারিত হয়। এটি শুধুমাত্র কঠিন মাধ্যমে চলাচল করতে পারে। পৃথিবীর কোন স্থানে যখন ভূমিকম্প সংঘটিত হয় তখন সেই ভূমিকম্প থেকে সৃষ্ট এস এবং পি ওয়েভ সম্পূর্ণ পৃথিবীতে বসানো সিজিনিক স্টেশনে তার রেকর্ড করা হয়। মনে করুন পৃথিবীর একটি স্থানে একটি ভূমিকম্প সংঘটিত হয়েছে তবে পৃথিবীর বিভিন্ন স্থানে প্রাপ্ত এস এবং পি ওয়েবের প্যাটার্ন হবে ছড়ানো। যন্ত্রটির মাধ্যমে গ্রহনকৃত এস ওয়েভ কিছু স্থানে পাওয়া যায় না। এর কারণ কি হতে পারে ? আমরা জানি এস ওয়েভ শুধুমাত্র কঠিন মাধ্যমে যেতে পারে। আবার ভূ-অভ্যন্তরে বায়বীয় মাধ্যম নেই বললেই চলে। তাই যে স্থানে এস ওয়েভ পাওয়া যায়নি সে স্থানে অবশ্যই তরল পদার্থ রয়েছে। আবার পৃথিবীর কিছু কিছু স্থানে পি ওয়েভ পাওয়া যায় না। যেহেতু পি ওয়েভ শব্দ তরঙ্গের ন্যায়। তাই খুব বেশি ঘনত্বের কোন পদার্থের মধ্য দিয়ে তা চলাচল করতে পারবে না। তাই কিছু কিছু স্থানে পি ওয়েভ প্রতিসারিত হয়ে বেঁকে যায় ফলে সেই সকল স্থানে পাওয়া যায় না। কাজেই এই দুই ধরনের ওয়েভ গভীরভাবে পর্যবেক্ষণ করে বিজ্ঞানীরা অভ্যন্তরের গঠন সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত ধারণা পেতে সক্ষম হন। তবে শুধুমাত্র ভূমিকম্পে এই ধরনের ওয়েভ পাওয়া যায় না। পৃথিবীতে যে সকল পারমাণবিক ক্ষেপণাস্ত্র বিস্ফোরণ ঘটানো হয় তাদের থেকেও এই ওয়েভ পাওয়া যায়। মাটির নিচে বিস্ফোরণ ঘটিয়ে আমরা আর একটু বিস্তারিত জানতে পারি। এখন আপনার মনে প্রশ্ন আসতে পারে পৃথিবীর উপরে এবং নিচে প্রতিনিয়ত বিভিন্ন ঘটনা ঘটে ওই সকল ঘটনার ফলে প্রচুর ওয়েভ তৈরি হয় ।এখন এত সকল ওয়েভের মধ্য থেকে ভূমিকম্পের ওয়েভ কিভাবে সনাক্ত করা হয়? এই ক্ষেত্রে জটিল ম্যাথমেটিক্যাল ক্যালকুলেশনের বিষয় রয়েছে, যাকে বলে ফুরিয়ার ট্রান্সফরমেশন । ফুরিয়ার ট্রান্সফরমেশন এর মাধ্যমে যে কোন কমপ্লেক্স ওয়েভ আলাদা করা যায়। যা আমদের নিখুঁতভাবে ভূ-অভ্যন্তর পর্যবেক্ষণ করতে সহায়তা করেছে। আজ শুধুমাত্র কিভাবে ভূ-অভ্যন্তর সম্পর্কে জানলাম তা নিয়ে আলোচনা করেছি। পরবর্তীতে ভূ-অভ্যন্তরের গঠন নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা কর তাহলে আজ এখানেই শেষ করছি।🫶

The stakes are huge and the clock is running out. Only one can be victorious. Who will it be? So,be aware of your next move!

🔰 Rules:
- All players must have a Lichess account. Website: https://lichess.org/
- It will be a 1.5 hour arena tournament.
- It will be in blitz format. Time control: 3 minutes + 2 seconds increment.
- Cheating and using chess engines are prohibited. If someone does, his or her name and photo will be shared in our event page and they will not be allowed to participate in any activities of Tesla Lab.
- After registration, all players will get a confirmation mail. In that mail, they will get a team link and password to join in the team. No one can share that password.
- Top 3 participants will get medals and certificates. Every participant will get an E-certificate.
