From the timeless arches of Curzon Hall to the limitless world of open knowledge, the logo of the Dhaka University Wikipedia Editorial & Research Team tells a story of curiosity, discovery, and connection.

Inspired by the Indo-Saracenic beauty of Curzon Hall, the design reflects a blend of architectural influences - European elements like quasi-Gothic features alongside Mughal motifs - capturing the rich heritage of University of Dhaka.

At the heart of the logo, a motif inspired by the campus tomb structures evolves into something symbolic: a puzzle piece from Wikipedia and an open window. Together, they represent curiosity, exploration, and the endless possibilities of open knowledge.

The color palette draws from the university emblem, with a bold brick-red centerpiece inspired by the iconic facade of Curzon Hall. It serves as an invitation for Dhaka University students to explore the vast world of open knowledge while staying connected to university’s legacy.
