▸ Market Responsiveness — Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Supply Chain and Commercial to align production with shifting customer demand. Swift, decisive, customer-led.
▸ Financial Stewardship — Own site turnover, CAPEX, and OPEX. Drive cost-saving initiatives and labour efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
▸ Industrial Relations — Maintain stable, collaborative relations with the Trade Union / CBA Committee. Build a workforce that's motivated, engaged, and accountable.
