Studies indicate that residents living near green spaces tend to report lower levels of stress and higher levels of physical activity. Furthermore, businesses located in greener neighborhoods often experience increased customer traffic.
However, some experts caution that the creation of attractive green spaces can contribute to "green gentrification." This occurs when improvements to a neighborhood increase property values, making the area less affordable for long-term residents. As a result, policymakers are increasingly seeking ways to balance environmental improvements with housing affordability.

📌 ১. Skimming ও Scanning শিখুন
পুরো passage শব্দে শব্দে পড়বেন না।
আগে দ্রুত main idea বুঝুন (Skimming)।
তারপর প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য খুঁজুন (Scanning)।
📌 ২. Time Management করুন
৩টি passage-এর জন্য মোট ৬০ মিনিট।
প্রতি passage-এ প্রায় ২০ মিনিটের বেশি না দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করুন।
📌 ৩. Question আগে পড়ুন
Passage পড়ার আগে প্রশ্নগুলো দেখে নিন।
এতে কোন তথ্য খুঁজতে হবে তা বুঝতে সুবিধা হবে।
📌 ৪. True/False/Not Given ভালোভাবে বুঝুন
True = তথ্য passage-এর সাথে মিলে।
False = passage-এর তথ্যের বিপরীত।
Not Given = passage-এ তথ্যই নেই।
📌 ৫. Vocabulary বাড়ান
প্রতিদিন ১০-২০টি নতুন শব্দ শিখুন।
বিশেষ করে academic words-এর উপর জোর দিন।
📌 ৬. প্রতিদিন Practice Test দিন
Cambridge IELTS বই 10–19 থেকে practice করুন।
ভুল উত্তরগুলো বিশ্লেষণ করুন, শুধু score দেখবেন না।
📌 ৭. Synonyms চিনতে শিখুন
প্রশ্নের শব্দ এবং passage-এর শব্দ এক নাও হতে পারে।
IELTS প্রায়ই একই অর্থের ভিন্ন শব্দ ব্যবহার করে।
🎯 Band 7+ লক্ষ্য হলে প্রতিদিন অন্তত ১–২ ঘণ্টা Reading practice করুন এবং সপ্তাহে ২–৩টি Full Reading Mock Test দিন।
