বিভাগ সমন্বয়ক হিসাবে, আপনার দায়িত্ব হবে বিভাগ স্তরে আন্তর্জাতিক বিষয়বস্তু অলিম্পিয়াডের প্রচারণা এবং সংগঠনের কাজে সহায়তা। আপনার দায়িত্ব হবে প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলির সাথে সমন্বয় করা, অংশগ্রহণকারীদের নিয়োগ করা, প্রতিযোগিতার লজিস্টিক্যাল ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া এবং ইভেন্টের সহজ প্রচারণা নিশ্চিত করা।
এই পদের জন্য আদর্শ প্রার্থীরা হলেন যারা আন্তর্জাতিক বিষয়বস্তু, শিক্ষা এবং তরুণ উন্নয়নে গভীর আগ্রহ রাখেন। তাদের যোগাযোগ এবং নেতৃত্ব দক্ষতা প্রদান করতে হবে, এবং বিভিন্ন সংগঠনের সঙ্গে সমন্বিত করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

জাতির পিতা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের ১০২ তম জন্ম দিন আজ ১৭ই মার্চ।

স্বাধীন বাংলাদেশের স্থপতি, বাঙালি জাতির অবিসংবাদিত এই নেতা ১৯২০ সালের এই দিনে গোপালগঞ্জ জেলার টুঙ্গিপাড়ার এক সম্ভ্রান্ত মুসলিম পরিবারে জন্মগ্রহণ করেন।

বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান ১৯৪০ সালে সর্বভারতীয় মুসলিম ছাত্র ফেডারেশনে যোগদানের মাধ্যমে তাঁর রাজনৈতিক জীবন শুরু করেন। ১৯৪৬ সালে তিনি কলকাতা ইসলামিয়া কলেজ (বর্তমানে মওলানা আজাদ কলেজ) ছাত্র ইউনিয়নের সাধারণ সম্পাদক নির্বাচিত হন।

তিনি ১৯৪৯ সালে তৎকালীন আওয়ামী মুসলিম লীগের পূর্ব পাকিস্তান শাখার যুগ্ম-সম্পাদক নির্বাচিত হন। ১৯৫৩ সালে তিনি পার্টির সাধারণ সম্পাদক এবং ১৯৫৪ সালে যুক্তফ্রন্টের টিকেটে ইস্ট বেঙ্গল লেজিসলেটিভ এসেম্বলীর সদস্য নির্বাচিত হন। ন্যায়ের পক্ষে অবস্থান নেয়ায় বাঙালি জাতির অধিকার আদায়ের লক্ষ্যে আজীবন সোচ্চার এই অবিসংবাদিত নেতাকে রাজনৈতিক জীবনে বহুবার কারাবরণ করতে হয়।

তিনি ১৯৫২ সালের ভাষা আন্দোলন, ১৯৫৪ সালের যুক্তফ্রন্ট নির্বাচন, ১৯৫৮ সালের সামরিক শাসন বিরোধী আন্দোলন, ১৯৬৬ সালের ৬-দফা ও পরবর্তীতে ১১ দফা আন্দোলন এবং ১৯৬৯ সালে গণঅভ্যুত্থানসহ প্রতিটি গণতান্ত্রিক ও স্বাধিকার আন্দোলনে নেতৃত্ব দেন এবং বঙ্গবন্ধু উপাধি লাভ করেন। তাঁর সাহসী ও দূরদর্শী নেতৃত্বে বাঙালি জাতি ধাপে ধাপে স্বাধীনতা আন্দোলনের প্রস্তুতি নিতে থাকে।

তিনি ১৯৫২ সালের ভাষা আন্দোলন, ১৯৫৪ সালের যুক্তফ্রন্ট নির্বাচন, ১৯৫৮ সালের সামরিক শাসন বিরোধী আন্দোলন, ১৯৬৬ সালের ৬-দফা ও পরবর্তীতে ১১ দফা আন্দোলন এবং ১৯৬৯ সালে গণঅভ্যুত্থানসহ প্রতিটি গণতান্ত্রিক ও স্বাধিকার আন্দোলনে নেতৃত্ব দেন এবং বঙ্গবন্ধু উপাধি লাভ করেন। তাঁর সাহসী ও দূরদর্শী নেতৃত্বে বাঙালি জাতি ধাপে ধাপে স্বাধীনতা আন্দোলনের প্রস্তুতি নিতে থাকে।

১৯৭০ সালের সাধারণ নির্বাচনে আওয়ামী লীগের নিরঙ্কুশ বিজয় অর্জিত হলেও তৎকালীন পাকিস্তানের সামরিক জান্তা ক্ষমতা হস্তান্তর না করে বাঙালি জাতির ওপর নানা নির্যাতন শুরু করে। বঙ্গবন্ধু একাত্তরের ঐতিহাসিক ৭ মার্চের ভাষণে স্বাধীনতা সংগ্রামের ডাক দেন। যা ইউনেস্কোর ইন্টারন্যাশনাল মেমোরি অব দ্য ওয়াল্ড রেজিস্ট্রার এ অর্ন্তভুক্তির মাধ্যমে বিশ্বপ্রামাণ্য ঐতিহ্য হিসাবে স্বীকৃতি লাভ করেছে।

অন্যদিকে, ২৬ মাচর্ (২৫ মার্চ মধ্যরাতে) তিনি আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা ঘোষণা করেন এবং তাঁর নেতৃত্বে ১৯৭১ সালে মুক্তিযুদ্ধ শুরু হয়। নয় মাসের রক্তক্ষয়ী যুদ্ধের মধ্য দিয়ে বাঙ্গালীর বহু আকাঙ্খিত বিজয় ও স্বাধীনতা অর্জিত হয়। বিংশ শতাব্দীতে নির্যাতিত, নিপীড়িত ও শোষিত মানুষের জন্য আন্দোলন সংগ্রাম করে যারা বিশ্বনন্দিত নেতা হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি পেয়েছেন বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান তাদের অন্যতম।

সাম্য, মৈত্রী, স্বাধীনতা, গণতন্ত্র ও বিশ্ব শান্তি প্রতিষ্ঠায় বিরামহীন সংগ্রামে অবদান রাখার জন্য তিনি বিশ্বশান্তি পরিষদ প্রদত্ত জুলিও কুরি পদকে ভূষিত হন। বিবিসি’র এক জরীপে তিনি সর্বকালের সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ বাঙ্গালী নির্বাচিত হন। যুদ্ধ বিধ্বস্ত স্বাধীন বাংলাদেশের জনগণের অর্থনৈতিক মুক্তি অর্জনের লক্ষ্যে বঙ্গবন্ধু যখন বিভিন্নমুখী কার্যক্রম গ্রহণ করতে শুরু করেন ঠিক সেই মুহূর্তে স্বাধীনতা যুদ্ধে পরাজিত শক্তি ও কায়েমী স্বার্থান্বেষী মহল তাঁর বিরুদ্ধে ঘৃণ্য ষড়যন্ত্র শুরু করে এবং ওই ষড়যন্ত্রেরই অংশ হিসেবে ১৯৭৫ সালের ১৫ আগস্ট তিনি ধানমন্ডির বাসভবনে কতিপয় বিপথগামী সেনা কর্মকর্তার হাতে পরিবারের অধিকাংশ সদস্যসহ নিহত হন।

বিশ্ব গণমাধ্যমের চোখে বঙ্গবন্ধু ছিলেন ক্ষণজন্মা পুরুষ। অনন্য সাধারণ এই নেতাকে ‘স্বাধীনতার প্রতীক’ বা ‘রাজনীতির ছন্দকার’ খেতাবেও আখ্যা দেয়া হয়। বিদেশী ভক্ত, কট্টর সমালোচক এমনকি শত্রুরাও তাদের নিজ নিজ ভাষায় তাঁর উচ্চকিত প্রশংসা করেন।

বিংশ শতাব্দীর কিংবদন্তী কিউবার বিপ্ল¬বী নেতা প্রয়াত ফিদেল ক্যাস্ট্রো বাংলাদেশের জাতির পিতা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানকে হিমালয়ের সঙ্গে তুলনা করেছিলেন। শ্রীলংকার সাবেক পররাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী লক্ষ্মণ কাদির গামা বাংলাদেশের এই মহান নেতা সম্পর্কে মূল্যায়ন করতে গিয়ে বলেছিলেন, ‘দক্ষিণ এশিয়া গত কয়েক শতকে বিশ্বকে অনেক শিক্ষক, দার্শনিক, দক্ষ রাষ্ট্রনায়ক, রাজনৈতিক নেতা ও যোদ্ধা উপহার দিয়েছে। কিন্তু, শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান সবকিছুকে ছাপিয়ে যান, তাঁর স্থান নির্ধারিত হয়ে আছে সর্বকালের সর্বোচ্চ আসনে।

‘বঙ্গবন্ধু ছিলেন জনগণের নেতা এবং তাদের সেবায় সর্বোচ্চ ত্যাগ স্বীকার করেছেন। তাকে দেয়া বঙ্গবন্ধু খেতাবে এই দেশপ্রেমিক নেতার প্রতি দেশের মানুষের গভীর ভালবাসা প্রতিফলিত হয়।’ ভারতের প্রাক্তন রাষ্ট্রপতি প্রণব মুখোপাধ্যায় ২০১৩ সালের ৪ মার্চ নগরীর ধানমন্ডির ৩২ নম্বর সড়কে জাতির পিতা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান স্মৃতি জাদুঘর পরিদর্শন শেষে মন্তব্য বইয়ে এমন মন্তব্য লিখেছিলেন।

ভারতের সাবেক প্রধানমন্ত্রী মনমোহন সিং মন্তব্য বইয়ে বলেন, বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান তাঁর সম্মোহনী এবং অসীম সাহসী নেতৃত্বের মাধ্যমে স্বাধীনতা যুদ্ধে তাঁর জনগণের নেতৃত্বদান করেছিলেন। ভারতের জাতীয় কংগ্রেসের সভাপতি সোনিয়া গান্ধী বলেন, ‘দূরদৃষ্টিসম্পন্ন একজন নেতা এবং রাষ্ট্রনায়ক বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের প্রতি আমি শ্রদ্ধা জানাই। তিনি স্বাধীনতার জন্য প্রতিকূলতা ও বিরূপ পরিস্থিতি উপেক্ষা করে অটল সাহসিকতার সাথে লড়াই করেছেন।’

ভারতের পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্ধ্যোপাধ্যায় তার বাংলাদেশ সফরের সময় বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান স্মৃতি জাদুঘর পরিদর্শন করেছিলেন। এসময় মন্তব্য বইয়ে তিনি লিখেন, এই উপ-মহাদেশের প্রতিটি মুক্তিকামী, মাতৃভাষার প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল মানুষের মনে বঙ্গবন্ধু এক জ্বলন্ত অনুপ্রেরণা। তিনি মুক্তিযুদ্ধের প্রধান সেনাপতি, স্বাধীন গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের স্থপতি এবং পিতা। মমতা বলেন, বাংলা ভাষাকে বিশ্বের মঞ্চে অন্যতম শ্রেষ্ঠত্বে মর্যাদা এনে দিয়েছেন বঙ্গবন্ধু। তিনি সেই বিরল নেতা, যার প্রতি ধর্মমত নির্বিশেষে সকল মানুষ প্রণাম জানিয়ে ধন্য হয়।

তৎকালীন পশ্চিম পাকিস্তানি সামরিক নেতৃত্ব বঙ্গবন্ধুকে ‘দেশদ্রোহী’ হিসেবে চিত্রিত করলেও ইতিহাসই তাঁর প্রকৃত অবস্থান নিশ্চিত করে যখন তাঁর এককালীন ঘোরতর শত্রু তাকে ‘মহান দেশপ্রেমিক’ হিসেবে অভিহিত করে। ১৯৭১ সালে মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধে অংশগ্রহণকারী সাবেক পাকিস্তানি (বেলুচিস্তান) অফিসার মেজর জেনারেল তোজাম্মেল হোসেন মালিক পরে তার স্মৃতিকথায় লিখেছেন, ‘বস্তুত মুজিব দেশদ্রোহী ছিলেন না (পাকিস্তানে তাকে ব্যাপকভাবে চিত্রিত করা হলেও)। নিজ জনগণের জন্য তিনি ছিলেন এক মহান দেশপ্রেমিক।’ আরেকজন সেনা কর্মকর্তা তৎকালীন পাকিস্তানি জান্তার মুখপাত্র মেজর সিদ্দিক সালিক বঙ্গবন্ধুর ঐতিহাসিক ও যুগান্তকারী ৭ মার্চের ভাষণের কথা অত্যন্ত শ্রদ্ধার সাথে স্মরণ করেন। সালিক তার ‘পাকিস্তানি বাহিনীর আত্মসমর্পণের দলিল’ গ্রন্থে লিখেছন, ‘রেসকোর্স ময়দানে বঙ্গবন্ধুর ভাষণের পর ঘরমুখী মানুষের ঢল নামে। তাদের দেখে মনে হচ্ছিল আশাব্যঞ্জক বাণী শ্রবণ শেষে মসজিদ অথবা গীর্জা থেকে তারা বেরিয়ে আসছেন।’

Mention that this recruitment is not an ambassador recruitment for one event, this is IAO parmanent Ambassador Recruitment in category of Division in Charge, District and Regional Ambassadorship in IAO.

In every stage Ambassador will be promoted. In first stage all the ambassadors will be termed as only Ambassador. After '1st International Affairs Olympiad Bangladesh 2022', Ambassador will be promoted to Campus Ambassador, District and Division Ambassador and will get charge of all the activities in their respective areas of IAO under respective Joint Secretary's Guidelines of IAO.

1st IA Olympiad 2022 will be held in four levels

1. Primary Selection Round - Online
2. Secondary Selection Round - Online
3. Final Round - Offline
4. Champion Round - Offline

Primary Selection Round:~

To attend in primary selection round of 1st IAO Bangladesh 2022, participants have to follow the following procedure:~

→ There is three category for the participants in Primary Selection Round:~

1. School Level A (1-5) / School Level B (6-10)
2. College Level (11-12)
3. University Level (Onwards)
