🎙️ Debate Carnival 6.O
An Intra-University Debate Competition❤️‍🔥

EEE Debate Club, University of Asia Pacific is pleased to present Debate Carnival 6.O—an intra-university debate competition featuring three distinctive segments designed to bring together students through argumentation, creativity, characterization, and expression.

🏛️ 01 | Asian Parliamentary Debate

A competitive team-based format focusing on case building, argumentation, rebuttal, and parliamentary debating skills.

Eligibility: Open to all currently enrolled UAP students
Team: 3 members
Team Requirement: At least 1 member must be from the Department of EEE

Selection Round: 3rd–5 th October 2026
Selected Teams: 8 teams
Grand Final: Top 2 teams will advance to the Grand Final

🎭 02 | Humorous Debate — Rommo

A creative debating format combining wit, characterization, spontaneity, and argumentation.

Eligibility: Open to all currently enrolled UAP students
Team: 2 members (Juti)
Team Requirement: Each team must consist of 1 male and 1 female participant

Selection Round: 3rd October 2026
Selected Teams: 4 teams will advance to the Grand Final

🪄 03 | Planchette Debate

A unique segment centred around characterization, storytelling, spontaneity, and creative expression, where participants bring a selected character to life through performance and argumentation.

Eligibility: Open to currently enrolled EEE students only
Selection Round: 3rd October 2026
Selected Participants: 6 participants will advance to the Grand Final

কিছু কথা, কিছু স্মৃতি!

গত সেমিস্টারের পথচলা শেষ হয় “কথার কলরব ২.O”-এর মাধ্যমে—আলোচনা, বিতর্ক, অভিজ্ঞতা বিনিময় এবং আন্তরিক আড্ডার মধ্য দিয়ে।

আয়োজনজুড়ে ছিল বিতর্কের নানা দিক নিয়ে আলোচনা পাশাপাশি ক্লাবের সদস্যদের পারস্পরিক মতবিনিময় ও একসঙ্গে কাটানো সময় তৈরি করেছে কিছু সুন্দর স্মৃতি।

এই আয়োজনের অন্যতম অংশ ছিল আমাদের প্রিয় সিনিয়রদের বিদায়। তাঁদের অবদান, দিকনির্দেশনা ও ক্লাবের প্রতি আন্তরিকতার জন্য কৃতজ্ঞতা জানিয়ে তাঁদের নতুন পথচলার জন্য রইল আমাদের শুভকামনা। 💫

"THE ART OF ARGUMENT & EXPRESSION 2.O"
A good debater needs more than the ability to speak. Understanding a motion, building a case, structuring arguments, and expressing ideas effectively are the foundations of strong debating.

Following our first workshop, EEE Debate Club, UAP is back with the second edition of The Art of Argument & Expression, focusing on practical skills to build a stronger foundation in debate.

The workshop will cover:
⚖️ CASE MAKING, ARGUMENTATION & MOTION ANALYSIS FOR ASIAN PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE
Understanding motions, developing cases, structuring arguments, and identifying the core clash.

🎭 HUMOROUS DEBATE & PLANCHETTE
Exploring the basics of wit, characterization, spontaneity, storytelling, and creative expression.

🗣️ PRACTICE DEBATE
Put your learning into practice through a debate session and experience the application of the skills covered in the workshop.

The workshop is open to everyone interested in learning and improving their debating skills, whether you are a beginner or already have debating experience.
