Food Adulteration

Food adulteration is a great problem in our life. It means mixing harmful things with food. Some dishonest sellers do this to get more money. They do not think about people’s health. So, many foods are not safe to eat. Milk is mixed with water. Fruits are made ripe with chemicals. Fish and meat are kept fresh with bad chemicals. Colors are added to sweets and spices. These foods look nice, but they are very harmful to our body. People who eat adulterated food become sick. They have stomach pain, diarrhea, and vomiting. They feel weak and tired. If they eat this food for a long time, they can get serious diseases. Their liver and kidneys become weak. Children and old people suffer more because their bodies are weak. Food adulteration creates many problems. People spend a lot of money on doctors and medicine. Families become worried and unhappy. Food adulteration is a very bad act. It is a crime because it harms human life.
Government should take proper steps to stop food adulteration. Food markets should be checked properly. Dishonest sellers should be punished. People should also be careful when buying food. They should buy food from trusted shops and wash food well before eating. If everyone works together, we can stop food adulteration and live a healthy life.

Modern science has made our life very easy and comfortable. Today we cannot think of our daily life without science and technology. Everywhere we see the gifts of science. In our home, school, hospital, office, playground—science helps us in many ways. Among all the wonders of science, ICT education, internet, social media, English and globalisation are very important for us.

ICT means Information and Communication Technology. It includes computers, mobile phones, tablets and multimedia. ICT is now used in schools to teach students. Teachers use projectors and videos to explain lessons. Children like these classes because they can see pictures and videos and understand everything easily. ICT makes learning faster and more enjoyable. Students can also take online classes when they cannot go to school. ICT helps weak students learn better because they can watch lessons many times at home.

The internet is another great gift of modern science. The internet connects the whole world. We can get any information in a few seconds. Students use the internet to read books, search new topics and complete homework. The internet helps children learn many things outside their textbooks. They can watch educational videos, stories, science experiments, cartoons and many more. The internet saves time and makes learning interesting.

Social media is also very popular today. Social media includes Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Messenger and many other apps. People use social media to talk with friends and family. It helps us stay connected with others. Students can also learn many new skills from social media. On YouTube, children can learn English, science, drawing, music, cooking and many other things. Many students watch educational channels to improve their studies. Social media can be useful if we use it in the right way.

English is an important language in today’s world. It is called an international language because people all over the world use it. English helps us to use computers, the internet and many apps because most technology is written in English. Students study English to understand the world better. If we know English, we can talk to people in other countries, learn new things and get good jobs in the future. English opens the door to global knowledge.

Modern science and ICT have made the world a global village. This is called globalisation. Because of technology, people of different countries can talk, share ideas and work together easily. Children can see what is happening in other countries through the internet. They can learn about new cultures, new foods, new games and new inventions. Globalisation helps us to understand the world and live peacefully with others.

In conclusion, ICT education, the internet, social media, English and globalisation are important gifts of modern science. They help us learn better, think better and live better. If we use these things properly, they will help us build a bright future.

🏰 The King and His Three Daughters
------------------------------------------------------

Once there was a king named Lear. He had three daughters. He loved them very much. One day, the king wanted to divide his kingdom among them. He decided to give more land to the daughter who loved him most.

So, he called all three daughters and asked, “How much do you love me?”
The eldest daughter said, “Father, I love you more than my life.”
The second daughter said, “I love you more than all the gold in the world.”
The youngest daughter, Cordelia, said, “Father, I love you as much as a daughter should love her father.”

The king did not understand her simple and honest words. He became angry and thought she did not love him. So, he gave all his land to the two elder daughters and sent Cordelia away.

After getting the land, the two elder daughters became selfish and unkind. They did not love their father anymore. One day, they drove him out of the palace. The poor old king had nowhere to go. He wandered in the rain and cold, and became very sad.

Later, Cordelia came back to help her father, but it was too late. The king became mad with sorrow and soon died.

The story teaches us that true love is simple and honest, not full of sweet lies.

Poem: Dream ➤ All people dream ----------

Theme:
-----------
The main theme of the poem is the importance of having dreams in human life. According to the poet, dreaming is common to all, but it varies from person to person. Some people dream when they sleep to rest after a long day’s labour. When they wake up in the morning, they find that their dreams are meaningless. But the people who dream during the day are active dreamers, because they try heart and soul to make their dreams come true through hard work and determination.
