ZADI STUDENT'S UNION ( 3rd GATHERING)

Alhamdulillah, today, 9 January 2026, we successfully held the 3rd gathering of Zadi Student’s Union, a joyful picnic filled with unity, smiles, and hope.

This gathering was organized to strengthen the bonding among our villagers and to encourage and develop the number of students in our community. Through laughter, sharing meals, and meaningful conversations and speeches, we felt more connected than ever before.

The joy we shared today reminded us that when we come together as one family, we grow stronger. Our students are our future, and moments like this inspire them to dream bigger and move forward with confidence.

Heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined, supported, and made this gathering a success. Let us continue working together for unity, education, and a brighter tomorrow.

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthen youth leadership and community development, we held a stockholders meeting with representatives from our generation to discuss three key agenda items. The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate our current progress, identify practical areas for improvement, and agree on collective actions that support the goals of our organization.

𝟏. 𝐙𝐚𝐝𝐢 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬' 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 -𝐙𝐒𝐔 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
We began by reviewing the challenges and opportunities facing our organization. Members agreed that we must establish clearer structures, improve communication, and expand youth participation. It was decided that we will form dedicated sub-groups for education, finance, and communication to improve coordination. We also committed to increasing training programs that prepare young leaders to take responsibility for organizational management and community service.

𝟐. 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Recognizing academic achievements remains one of our core values, as success in education strengthens both individual confidence and the future of our community. After discussion, the members approved awarding 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫’𝐬 𝟏𝐬𝐭, 𝟐𝐧𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 students using our own community fund. This initiative is intended to encourage academic excellence and demonstrate our collective commitment to supporting young learners.

𝟑. 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
We also reviewed plans for this year’s Student Anniversary celebration. The meeting concluded that the event will continue to serve as a cultural and educational gathering where students can showcase their talents, reflect on their progress, and strengthen unity. Members agreed to form an organizing committee responsible for planning activities, managing logistics, and preparing communication materials for the event.

In conclusion, all three agenda items were discussed openly and decided through mutual agreement. The meeting reaffirmed our shared belief that progress is built through cooperation, responsibility, and steady effort—values our community has held for generations. The decisions reflect our dedication to building a stronger, more educated, and more united community for the future.

𝐒𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠; 𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠

As the days pass, more Rohingya lives are being lost at sea through trafficking, accidents, and desperate attempts to escape hardship. Among the victims are innocent women and children, whose only wish is to live in safety and dignity.
We, the 𝐙𝐚𝐝𝐢 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬’ 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐙𝐒𝐔),
cannot remain silent. Saying means nothing; doing means everything. Words of sympathy and concern are not enough; it is time to take action with unity, courage, and compassion.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭?
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?
This tragedy is not someone else’s problem ; it is ours. Every life lost at sea is a reminder that our community must stand together to find solutions, to protect one another, and to create hope where despair grows.
Let us work hand in hand to raise awareness, support education, and strengthen protection for our women and children.
Let our unity become the voice that saves lives.
Together we can act. Together we can save. Together we can build a future where no Rohingya has to risk their life at sea again.
