Official Statement

With the utmost respect for all participants, organizers, and stakeholders of the Summer Sports Fest '26, Protyogroni 39 hereby formally announces its withdrawal from all remaining fixtures in the Sports Fest.

This decision has not been made lightly. Certain unforeseen and deeply concerning circumstances have arisen that we believe compromise the integrity and dignity of our participation. Rather than allow these circumstances to cast a shadow over the spirit of the event or obstruct the journeys of other deserving competitors, we have collectively chosen to step aside with grace.

We wish to make explicitly clear that our withdrawal is in no way a reflection of disrespect toward the tournament, its organizers, or our fellow participants. On the contrary, it is an act of respect; for the competition, for fair play, and for the values we stand by as a team.

As our withdrawal directly affects one of the scheduled finals, we formally recognize and congratulate the opposing finalist as the rightful winner of that event. We do so wholeheartedly and without reservation.

We also take this opportunity to share that our teammate, Khorshed Azam, sustained a significant injury during one of our football fixtures. We are relieved to report that he is now in a stable condition and has returned home to recover. We ask everyone to keep him in their thoughts and to extend him the warmth and respect he deserves.

We respectfully request that all involved parties honor this decision and the dignity with which it has been made.

Protyogroni 39 remains committed to the spirit of sportsmanship. We look forward to returning to the field in future events; with the same passion, and under better circumstances.

সামার স্পোর্টস ফেস্ট '২৬ এর সকল অংশগ্রহণকারী, আয়োজক এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল পক্ষের প্রতি গভীর শ্রদ্ধা জানিয়ে, প্রত্যগ্রণী ৩৯ আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে এই টুর্নামেন্টের অবশিষ্ট ফিক্সচার থেকে তাদের প্রত্যাহার ঘোষণা করছে।

এই সিদ্ধান্ত তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে নেওয়া হয়নি। এমন কিছু অপ্রত্যাশিত ও গভীরভাবে উদ্বেগজনক পরিস্থিতির উদ্ভব হয়েছে, যা আমাদের অংশগ্রহণের মর্যাদা ও নিষ্ঠাকে প্রশ্নবিদ্ধ করে। এই পরিস্থিতিকে আসরের সৌন্দর্যের উপর ছায়া ফেলতে বা অন্য যোগ্য প্রতিযোগীদের সাফল্যের পথে বাধা সৃষ্টি করতে না দিয়ে, আমরা সম্মিলিতভাবে মর্যাদার সাথে সরে দাঁড়ানোর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছি।

আমরা সুস্পষ্টভাবে জানাতে চাই যে, আমাদের এই প্রত্যাহার কোনোভাবেই টুর্নামেন্ট, এর আয়োজক কিংবা সহ-অংশগ্রহণকারীদের প্রতি অসম্মানের প্রকাশ নয়। বরং এটি একটি সম্মানজ্ঞাপনের কাজ; প্রতিযোগিতার প্রতি, ন্যায়সংগত খেলার প্রতি এবং যে মূল্যবোধকে আমরা একটি দল হিসেবে ধারণ করি, তার প্রতি।

আমাদের প্রত্যাহার যেহেতু একটি নির্ধারিত ফাইনালকে সরাসরি প্রভাবিত করে, তাই আমরা আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে বিপক্ষ ফাইনালিস্টকে সেই ইভেন্টের যথার্থ বিজয়ী হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দিচ্ছি এবং তাদের আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন জানাচ্ছি। এই স্বীকৃতি আমরা সম্পূর্ণ হৃদয় থেকে এবং কোনো দ্বিধা ছাড়াই প্রদান করছি।

আমরা এই সুযোগে আরও জানাতে চাই যে, আমাদের সতীর্থ খোরশেদ আজম আমাদের ফুটবল ম্যাচ চলাকালীন গুরুতরভাবে আহত হয়েছেন। আমরা আনন্দের সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে তিনি এখন স্থিতিশীল অবস্থায় আছেন এবং সুস্থ হওয়ার জন্য বাড়িতে ফিরে গেছেন। আমরা সকলকে তাঁর জন্য শুভকামনা জানাতে এবং তাঁর প্রতি যথাযোগ্য উষ্ণতা ও সম্মান প্রদর্শন করতে অনুরোধ করছি।

আমরা বিনীতভাবে সকল সংশ্লিষ্ট পক্ষকে অনুরোধ করছি এই সিদ্ধান্তকে এবং যে মর্যাদার সাথে এটি নেওয়া হয়েছে, তাকে সম্মান জানাতে।

প্রত্যগ্রণী ৩৯ ক্রীড়াসুলভ মনোভাবের প্রতি তাদের অঙ্গীকারে অবিচল থাকবে। আমরা ভবিষ্যতের আসরে মাঠে ফেরার প্রতীক্ষায় আছি; একই আবেগ নিয়ে, এবং আরও অনুকূল পরিস্থিতিতে।

ফার্মেসি বিভাগের স্পোর্টস ফেস্ট ২০২৬ এর দাবা প্রতিযোগিতায় প্রত্যগ্রণী ৩৯ এর পক্ষে অংশগ্রহণকারী জিতু চক্রবর্তী সম্মানজনকভাবে রানারআপ হিসেবে নিজের স্থান সুদৃঢ় করেছেন; এই সুখবর আমরা পরম গর্বের সাথে প্রকাশ করছি। ফাইনালে প্রত্যুষে ৩৩ এর বিপক্ষে মর্যাদার সাথে প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বিতা করে রানারআপ হওয়ায় জিতুর অক্লান্ত প্রচেষ্টা ও অদম্য মনোবলকে আমরা আন্তরিকভাবে সম্মান জানাই।

দাবা ইভেন্টে আমাদের চারজন প্রতিনিধিই বিস্ময়কর সাফল্য অর্জন করেছেন; জিতু রানারআপ, প্রাঙ্গণ বড়ুয়া সেমিফাইনালিস্ট, সৈয়দ মোহাম্মদ মারুফ কোয়ার্টার ফাইনালিস্ট এবং সিদরাতুল মুনতাহা প্রাথমিক রাউন্ডে উজ্জ্বল প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বিতা করেছেন।

আমাদের প্রথম স্পোর্টস ফেস্টের ইনডোর অধ্যায়ের এই গৌরবময় সমাপ্তি ও অভিজাত অংশগ্রহণে আমরা সীমাহীন গর্ব অনুভব করছি।
