• Monitor floor-level welfare issues and ensure proper implementation.
• Carry out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues;
• Communicate company rules, regulations, and benefits to workers.
• Handle worker grievances and maintain effective communication.
• Collect grievances of workers & bring it to the attention of management.
• Take care of workers, special care of pregnant & injured workers.
• Make workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues.
