This phase will also consist of a presentation round along with an assignment submission of 1000 +/- words.

Congratulations to all the winners for qualifying to phase 2.

Every one of your solutions and creative ideas were distinctive in their own ways and that made the decision making really difficult for us.
A big congratulations go out to all the teams who made it to the phase 2.
The case analyzing , the viability and the feasibility of the solutions were the criteria used to judge this round.

Every qualifying team received special recognition from our distinguished panel of judges for their thorough knowledge of the scenarios and their extensive research in order to fulfil the tasks.

Econ Acumen Society congratulates the top six teams for their outstanding performances during the first phase under intense pressure and wishes them luck for the upcoming challenging rounds.

Dear participants

We've got some Important information to share regarding Phase 1 of this remarkable journey.

Case have been mailed to all the Team Leaders . Please check your mail’s.

Here are the key details you need to know:

1. Instructions for Phase 1: To ensure everyone is on the same page, the instructions for Phase 1 have been shared with all the Team Leaders as a PDF document. Please check your emails to access this crucial information.

2. Connect on WhatsApp: Communication is key, and we want to make sure that all your questions and concerns are addressed promptly. To do so, we've created a dedicated WhatsApp group. If you have any questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us through the WhatsApp group link provided in the mail. All the group leaders are requested to join the link to have direct contact with the clubs Executive board members for any clarifications about E-conquer.

3. Submission Deadline: Time is of the essence! The submission date for Phase 1 is set and will not be extended under any circumstances. Please mark your calendars and ensure your team is ready to meet the deadline. (submission deadline: 16th of November)

4. Submission Rules: It’s important to note that adherence to the submission rules is non-negotiable. Any team found in violation of the shared rules during the submission process will be considered disqualified.

❗Reminder: The 2000 ( +/-) 10 %word. PDF submission for Phase 1 needs to be submitted through Turnitin, and other details regarding Phase 1 Turnitin submission are given within the PDF shared with the teams❗

The EDU ECON Acumen Society aims to develop graduates who are well-rounded and globally aware, with a focus on sustainable community development. The society's goal is to go beyond traditional classroom learning, offering networking opportunities and fostering connections among students.

Bangladesh has one of highest prevalence of malnutrition over the last two-decades. We all know about economic disparity and child nutrition in Bangladesh, but many of us are unaware of the extent of childhood under-nutrition and malnutrition that is prevalent in our society. So, EDU ECON Acumen Society has organized a seminar on "The Economics of Child Under-nutrition in Bangladesh" to be held on 30th June 2023 from 3:00 PM at Seminar 1.

Our keynote speaker is M. Mahmud Khan, Professor and Department Head, Department of Health Policy and Management,
College of Public Health at University of Georgia, Athens, GA.
He has completed his PhD and double Masters degree from Stanford University, and over the course of his career, has contributed tremendously to the field. He built an outstanding academic and research career in Bangladesh, United Kingdom and the United States of America, while he consulted for the World Bank and other top organizations.

We will have our Honorable vice Chancellor, M Sekandar Khan sir as the Chief Guest for the event.

We would like to invite you all to join our seminar at EDU Campus tomorrow where we shall discuss the issues concerning the nutrition of the children of our country.
