📘 Adverbial Clause কী?
Adverbial Clause হলো এমন একটি Clause যা বাক্যে Adverb (ক্রিয়া বিশেষণ)-এর কাজ করে। অর্থাৎ, এটি কখন, কোথায়, কেন, কীভাবে, কোন শর্তে, কতটুকু ইত্যাদি সম্পর্কে অতিরিক্ত তথ্য দেয়।

🔑 চেনার সহজ উপায়
✅ Subject + Verb থাকে।
✅ Verb, Adjective বা Adverb-কে modify করে।
✅ সাধারণত when, while, before, after, because, since, as, if, unless, although, though, where ইত্যাদি দিয়ে শুরু হয়।

✅ প্রশ্ন করো:
When? (কখন?)
Where? (কোথায়?)
Why? (কেন?)
How? (কীভাবে?)
Under what condition? (কোন শর্তে?)
উত্তর পেলে সেটি Adverbial Clause হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বেশি।

✍️ উদাহরণ
1. Time (সময়)
When the bell rang, the students entered the classroom.
👉 When the bell rang = Adverbial Clause
(কখন ঢুকেছিল? → ঘণ্টা বাজলে)

2. Reason (কারণ)
I stayed at home because it was raining.
👉 because it was raining = Adverbial Clause
(কেন বাসায় ছিলাম? → বৃষ্টি হচ্ছিল বলে)

3. Condition (শর্ত)
If you work hard, you will succeed.
👉 If you work hard = Adverbial Clause
(কোন শর্তে সফল হবে? → কঠোর পরিশ্রম করলে)

4. Place (স্থান)
Stay where you are.
👉 where you are = Adverbial Clause
(কোথায় থাকতে হবে? → যেখানে আছ)

যদি Clause-টি কখন, কোথায়, কেন, কীভাবে বা কোন শর্তে কাজটি ঘটছে তা বলে, তাহলে সেটি সাধারণত Adverbial Clause।

💥First of all (প্রথমেই), respected Head Teacher (প্রধান শিক্ষক), honourable teachers (শ্রদ্ধেয় শিক্ষকবৃন্দ), and my dear friends (প্রিয় বন্ধুরা), assalamu alaikum. At the beginning (শুরুতে), I would like to express (প্রকাশ করতে চাই) my gratitude (কৃতজ্ঞতা) to all of you. Today I’m going to talk about (আজ আমি আলোচনা করবো) our farewell (বিদায় অনুষ্ঠান) program. It’s a great pleasure (অত্যন্ত আনন্দের বিষয়) to speak here (এখানে কথা বলা).

“They Are Human Too”

They are human too—
With lungs once full of breath,
With eyes once glowing
With unfinished dreams.
They too had evenings
Waiting quietly to return home,
Where someone kept the door half open
For their footsteps.

They too have mothers,
Staring endlessly toward the gate,
Whispering in fear,
“Will my child come back tonight?”
They too have younger brothers
Who still believe
Their brother is the bravest soul alive.

Yet—
One kick,
One violent shove,
And then a motionless body
Lying cold upon the floor.
Around him stood a crowd—
Some recording with silent phones,
Some watching without a word,
And some striking harder
With a cruel delight.

What kind of cruelty is this?
What kind of barbarity?
Do humans now kill humans this way?
When a dying chest trembles
For one final breath,
How does another foot
Still refuse to stop?
Perhaps the man on the floor
Wanted to live one last moment more.

Perhaps he whispered softly,
“Brother… please don’t hit me anymore…”
But his trembling voice
was buried beneath
the thunder of merciless blows.
The world feels strangely cold today.
Hatred has grown larger than anger,
and pride far greater than humanity.

When someone falls,
There are too few hands to lift them,
Yet countless feet
Ready to crush them further.
The one who was beaten to death
May have been guilty,
Or perhaps innocent—
But the right to judge
Eever belonged to violence.

For when law disappears,
The beast inside humans awakens,
And civilization removes its mask.
They are human too…
Pain hurts their bodies as well,
Fear gathers in their eyes too,
And with their death
An entire family collapses silently.

A mother weeps without sound,
A child falls asleep waiting for his father,
A sister stares at her phone,
wondering,
“Why hasn’t my brother called yet?”
The man left dying on the floor today—
Tomorrow, perhaps,
It could be someone we love.

Only then will we understand:
A kick never wounds just a body,
It wounds humanity itself.
Why is being human so difficult?
Why, in moments of rage,
Do we forget
That the person before us
Also carries a beating heart?
And when that heart stops,
An entire world
Falls into darkness.
