আমরা যারা পঁয়ত্রিশ পেরিয়ে এসেছি তারা অনেকটা ছাপোষা নাগরিক হয়ে গেছি। বাসায় বউয়ের অভিমান, অফিসে বসের ঝাড়ি, ন্যূনতম বেতন আর দ্রব্যমূল্যের উর্ধ্বগতি সবই যেন গাঁ সওয়া হয়ে গেছে। শরীরের চামড়া মোটা হয়ে গেছে। হজম শক্তি বেড়েছে, অনেক কিছুই এখন মুখ বুঁজে হজম করে ফেলতে পারি। আটটা-পাঁচটা চাকরি, সাজানো-গোছানো জীবন, পরিবারের প্রতি দায়, সন্তানের ভালবাসা আর প্রিয়জনের মায়া আমাদেরকে আষ্টেপৃষ্ঠে বেঁধে রেখেছে। আমাদের শুধু ভয় আর ভয়, প্রিয়জন হারানোর ভয়, চাকরি হারানোর ভয়, মৃত্যুর ভয়। এর বাহিরে আমরা কিছু ভাবতে পারি না। নিজেদের মোটামুটি সকল চাহিদা পূরণ হয়ে যাওয়াতে আমরা আর কোন কিছুতে মাথা ঘামাতে চাই না, কোন অযাচিত বিষয়ে নাক গলাতে চাই না।

আপাতঃদৃষ্টিতে এই নির্ভেজাল-নির্ঝঞ্ঝাট জীবন ভালই মনে হচ্ছে কিন্তু এর শেষটা ভাল হবে না। নিজের স্বাভাবিক বিবেক-বুদ্ধিকে কাজে না লাগালে নিজেকে তো বটে অনাগত প্রজন্মকেও এর চড়া মাশুল দিতে হবে।

Although I received below message today in this page inbox in very earlier but I think I should post his opinion. Here I post as it is received.

Haji.Siddiqur Rahman H.S.is almost sttached to my house Khaguria village just walking distance from my home Daroga.bari. which was.established by our senior brother Late Mr.Ali Ahemad bhai n his fsmily members in his father's name.n the School is running well with its reputation. On many occasion. i visited this School as guest of honour.or to.distribute Stipends among.the poor n meritorious students as a.symbol of inspiration among the students.Yesterday honourable state minister of planning Mr.Shamsul Alam Mohon n.Mr.Nurul Amin Ruhul MP. were invited on the occasion of Annual Sports n prrize giving ceremony which is a great day.for.School n our area, community. Most of the students. of this School.r from Khaguria, Hapania, kinachak.n adjacent villages.we the three villages r in a one Somaj(khaguria, Hapania,,kinachak) n the bright example of two.Eid jamats at Khaguria Eidgah.So the.same examle for this School. we feel proud to say.that we have two High.Schools Haji Siddiqur Rahman H.S. n Bagan bari Ideal Academy. But it is shocking for us we r undermined to attend the meeting as general soectator.n.my invitation was simple n no phone connection with H.M.except a preparatory meeting invitation. I cannot understand why such mistake happened. I had a great desire to attend the meeting but Couldn't attend n expressing sorry for this.our social binding with three.villages shouldn’t be.broken.Atleast 2 persons from each villages could be invited as guest of honour to keep our cnfidence n bo***ge in our three villages.Many of my well wishers questioned me regarding my absence but how.can i.attend as spectator n that's why i haven’t seen learned persons of three villages didn’t attend.So charity n respect should start from own house.
