The AIUB English Club successfully concluded its Member Development Series with the second and final session, held in strategic partnership with Excellence Bangladesh.

We were privileged to welcome Md. Solaman Ahmed Jeshan, Professional Trainer, TEDx Speaker, World Book of Records Holder, and Founder of Public Speaking Official, as the guest speaker for the day.

The session, titled Action & Adaptability, equipped our members with essential professional competencies in:

· Workflow Management
· Crisis Communication
· Cross-Functional Teamwork
· Data & Reporting

Through practical insights and real-world applications, members learned how to respond with agility, communicate under pressure, collaborate across teams, and make informed decisions based on data.

This session marks the successful close of a development series designed to build strategic, ex*****on-ready members.

The AIUB English Club successfully conducted its first Member Development Session on 5 May 2026, held in strategic partnership with Excellence Bangladesh.

We were honored to have Syed Muhammad Hussain Mubasshir, Head of Brand & Communications at Akij iBOS LTD, as the guest speaker for the session.

Through his expert guidance, members gained practical insights into:

· Developing ideas with clearly defined ROI and KPIs
· Structuring one-page proposals for stakeholders
· Communicating effectively with sponsors, deans, and facilitators
· Managing resources using structured timelines and task delegation

We had the privilege of hosting our esteemed guest speakers, Muhammad Hussain Mubasshir and Solaiman Ahmed Jeshan . AIUB English Club is organizing the Member Development Session 2026, a two-day program designed to build members’ planning, communication, and ex*****on skills.

Session 1: Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Management will be held on 5 May, 5:00–6:00 PM at Annex 3,

Session 2: Action and Adaptability on 6 May, 5:00–6:00 PM at the Media Studio. The sessions will focus on idea pitching with return on investment and key performance indicators, workflow management, crisis communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
