📢 UGV IDEATHON-2025 অংশগ্রহণকারীদের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ঘোষণা!

অনিবার্য কারণবশত আমাদের পূর্বঘোষিত তারিখে ইভেন্টটি আয়োজন করা সম্ভব হচ্ছে না। বিশেষ করে ল্যাব ফাইনাল পরীক্ষার নতুন সময়সূচির কারণে।

তাই আমাদেরকে ইভেন্টের তারিখ পরিবর্তন করে PBL এর দিন, দুপুর ২টা থেকে ৫টা পর্যন্ত পুনঃনির্ধারণ করতে হচ্ছে।

আমরা আন্তরিকভাবে দুঃখিত এই অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিবর্তনের জন্য এবং আপনাদের সহযোগিতার জন্য কৃতজ্ঞ।

Be part of history at UGV IDEATHON 2025 – the very FIRST ideathon organized by UPDC! 🌟

1. General Rules

🔹The event is open to all UGV students from any department and Semester.
🔹Participation is team-based. Each team must have 3 members.
🔹One team can submit only one idea.
🔹All ideas must be original. Plagiarized or copied ideas will be disqualified.
🔹Teams must register via the official registration form within the deadline.
🔹Registration fee: 150 BDT (to be paid during confirmation).

2. Ideathon Themes (Optional, if you want to focus)
🔹Sustainable Development
🔹Smart Campus Solutions
🔹Assistive Technology
🔹Automation / Robotics
🔹AI & Machine Learning
🔹Open Innovation (Any other creative idea)

3. Proposal Submission
🔹Teams must submit a 1-10 page proposal (PPTX or PDF).
🔹The proposal should include:
Problem Statement
Solution Overview
Target Audience
Technology or Tools
Implementation Plan

4. Pitch Presentation (Event Day)
🔹Each team will get:
--> 5 minutes to pitch the idea.
--> 5 minutes for Q&A from the judging panel.
🔹Visuals (prototypes, posters, demos) are encouraged but not mandatory.
🔹All team members must be present during the presentation.
