Zamir Uddin Secondary School is in Barguna district, the southern of Bangladesh. This school was founded by Altaf Hossain Gazi in 1971, at kalikabari in the Betagi upazilla. He donated 2.40 acre land for this school. This school was named after Alhaj Jamir uddin Gazi, father of founder. At first, this school had tin-shed house. At present there is building house. In 1997, a south faces building was constracted by facilities department.
There is a large play ground in front of this school. And a primary school is in the southern part of field. A metal road is in the eastern side and a canal in the western side of this school. First recognition as high school on 21st september,1973.
