🚀 Runtime Terror at IIUC Tech Fest 2025 – A Journey of Innovation and Growth!
BU CSE Club is proud to share that our team, Runtime Terror from Bandarban University, participated in the flagship event Programming Hero Presents NextGen Hackathon 2025, held at IIUC Tech Fest 2025! 🎉

After pitching their idea, the team was selected for the on-campus 24-hour marathon hackathon, where they built a fully functional interactive website — tackling real-world challenges aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Among 50 teams and 140+ problem solvers from 37 universities, our team stood strong — not just to compete, but to learn, collaborate, and grow. This hackathon was more than a contest; it was a celebration of code, creativity, and community.

We believe in learning through experience, and this event gave our students the chance to face real-time problem-solving, teamwork under pressure, and the joy of building something impactful. The inspiration gathered here will fuel future innovations — and we’re
confident our teams will come back even stronger.

We’re proud to announce that two teams from our department — BU Programmer and BU Bro Coders — represented Bandarban University in the prestigious ICPC Asia Dhaka Preliminary Round 2025, competing among 1842 participants from across the country!

Today, we successfully conducted General Meeting 1 of the Bandarban University CSE Club, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our community. The session was filled with productive discussions, strategic planning, and enthusiastic participation from our newly formed Executive Committee.
