Just finished all 11 seasons of and I am officially speechless. 🧟♂️ This show isn’t about the dead; it’s about the lengths the living will go to for the ones they love. From the hospital in Atlanta to the gates of the Commonwealth, these characters became family.
Glenn & Maggie:
Pure hope in a world of rot. They proved that you can still find something worth living for even when everything is falling apart. Devastatingly beautiful, partly sad.
Rick & Carl:
Where it all began. Rick moving mountains to keep Carl’s humanity intact is the ultimate story of survival. "Just survive somehow." "We are the walking dead." "We are the ones who live."
Carol & Daryl:
The show's greatest evolution. From an outcast and a victim to the most lethal, loyal duo on TV. A bond that can’t be broken.
Negan:
The man we loved to hate. Watching his journey from the PE teacher at colleague before it started, powerful leader of the "Saviours" to a protector was one of the most complex arcs ever written. One of my favourite villains on TV ever.
Gabriel:
The ultimate transformation. From a coward behind a locked door to a stone-cold leader with "vision." He earned every bit of his survival.
Michonne:
Bringing a katana to a gunfight and winning every time. She didn't just survive; she led with soul and unmatched ferocity.
Eugene, Rosita & Abraham:
The brawn, the beauty, and the "classified" brains. They started as a mission and ended as the backbone of the group.
Judith Grimes:
The future. Carrying the hat, the sword, and the names of those we lost. She is the best of all of them.
Ezekiel:
"And yet I smile." In a world of grey, he chose to lead with color and hope. A true King until the end.
11 seasons. Endless tears. A haunting reminder that while the world ended, humanity didn't. Highly recommended to watch.
