This initiative reflects our approach to ESG: combining environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and cross-sector collaboration to create meaningful and lasting outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated to join our Valuations Team.
Job Title: Consultant – Valuations Team
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
As a Valuation Consultant within the Valuation Advisory Services team, you play a vital role in delivering accurate, high-quality and well-supported valuation analyses across diverse asset classes and industries. You will be actively involved in every stage of the valuation process from data collection and valuation modelling to report preparation and client communication.
You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external clients to deliver robust and defensible valuation opinions that support strategic, valuation reporting, transactional decisions, while maintaining an efficient, compliant and transparent workflow throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the initial stage of valuation assignments including identification, classification and technical specification assessment of the asset; conduct necessary site-visit, physical inspections, measurements and documentation.
- Realizing the valuation process of variable assets through relevant approaches (Market, Cost, Income Approach) including movable, immovable, specific and other types.
- Develop valuation models for valuation of variable asset types and prepare valuation reports that comply with IVS/IFRS standards for audit and shareholders’ review.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, price dynamics, development opportunities, changes in the sectors, client behaviors and etc.
- Establish and apply internal control mechanisms with the team to ensure accuracy, transparency and high-quality valuation results.
- Develop, document and maintain the valuation policies, ensuring consistency, accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
- Valuation Expertise: Profound experience in valuing business, industrial, retail, hotel, agricultural, constructional and other tangible assets.
- Valuation Knowledge: Strong technical expertise in valuation processes for residential, commercial and industrial assets.
- Standards Understanding: In-depth understanding of international valuation standards (IVS) and techniques for market, income and cost approaches.
- Business Sense: Ability to prepare, review and interpret valuation reports and perform scenario analyses.
- Technical Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft excels including financial and data modelling, scenario analysis, and large-scale data sets.
- Reporting Skills: Strong presentation, report-writing, and communication abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications: Certification such as ACCA, Azerbaijan Valuation Certificate, or RICS is preferred.
