Following successful commencement of production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a highly motivated team with skills, proven potentials and the abilities to drive the vision, mission and values of the Company.
We are currently looking for Procurement Assistant (Spare parts and Raw materials) to join our Company.

The duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining general files, typing, data entry, completing and processing standard purchasing forms.
• Updating Contracts and Purchase Orders` database
• Assist in searching and selecting spare parts and raw materials` suppliers by criteria (the best prices, quality & conditions)
• To ensure that price variations are communicated to the relevant parties/maintenance and production departments as quickly as possible
• Assist in ordering, organizing, collecting and controlling all necessary purchasing & logistics documents (customs clearance: invoices, packing lists, export declaration, certifications, CMR, and TIR Carnet)
• Assist in organizing schedule deliveries, resolving shortages, missed deliveries, and find storage premises for arriving goods
Requirements and skills for this position:
• Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical or Industrial Engineering Degree
• One year of working experience in production/manufacturing area
• Fluency in Azeri /English /Russian
• Strong MS Office skills
• Flexible and fast learning
• Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
