Traveling Caribbean Heritage is a joint academic project by the Royal Institute for Linguistics (KITLV) Leiden, the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, the University of Aruba, the Da Costa Gomez University of Curaçao and fundacion FUHIKIBO of Bonaire. The aim of this project is to conduct comparative research on cultural heritage management, nation building and nation branding in Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao and the Netherlands. Traveling Caribbean Heritage is funded by NWO.

Tomorrow night 7:00 pm at Ateliers '89 (awg 10,- for tickets at entrance) a screening of the documentary film 'Drie Vrouwen, over slavernij en vrijheid' will take place. The director/maker of the documentary, Ida Does will be present that night and will be part of the panel together with Valika Smeulders and Mandy Lacle to delve deeper into the film content. Join us on this evening of cultural enrichment.
