We braved the little bit of rain and ventured to the park for fun and adventure, we tested ourselves on spider climbing frame, and swung to the moon and back on the swings.

Today our Pre-Prep children were delighted by a visit from Bravehearts’ Ditto Show! With big smiles and lots of energy, the children sang and danced along with Ditto the lion cub as they learned important messages about personal safety in a fun, age-appropriate way.

The show helped the children understand how to recognise their feelings, set personal boundaries, and know who to go to if they ever feel unsafe. It was a joyful and empowering experience—and the catchy songs are still being sung around the room! 🦁🎶💛

Yesterday we ventured out for our first bushkinder for this term. It started out a little cold, that we found ice in the spinning tea cup.

☀️ This morning our Pre-Prep children enjoyed some fun in the sun next door at Yea Primary School’s playground!

With big smiles and lots of energy, the children explored the play equipment and loved being in a new environment. Visits like these help build familiarity with the school space in a fun and relaxed way as the children prepare for their transition to school.

🐾 This morning, we had two very special visitors during group time...Brayden’s kittens, Skye and Kai! The children were so excited to meet them and showed beautiful care and gentleness as they patted and observed the playful pair.

Brayden proudly introduced his furry friends, and we had some lovely chats about looking after pets and being kind to animals. Thank you to Brayden and his family for sharing Skye and Kai with us, it was a purr-fect way to start the day! 🐱💛
