Our Prep/Year 1 students have been having fun learning about mindfulness and enjoyed making their very own glitter jars! 🫙✨
After giving their jars a shake, students took some quiet time to watch the glitter slowly settle — just like our thoughts can settle when we pause, slow down and bring our attention back to the present moment.💙🖤🌾
