Empowering young innovators (8-17) through entrepreneurial learning and our iconic Young Eyes Festival.

At Young Eyes, our mission is to empower young minds by introducing them to entrepreneurship while still in school. This program provides students with a unique platform to unlock their creative potential, develop real-world problem-solving skills, and gain hands-on business experience that extends beyond traditional education.

This is what Young Eyes is all about 🙌

Big ideas, real opportunities, and students stepping into what’s possible.

A big thank you to Devika for hosting our Year 10 students Jackson, Jaedon, and Felix after their Innovator of the Year win at the 2025 Young Eyes Festival!
The boys had the opportunity to pitch their product idea and receive professional mentoring from Jermaine, gaining real insight into the startup and digital product space. An inspiring experience and a fantastic example of what’s possible when creativity meets opportunity.

Meet Rhiley, Toby and Taj — Young Entrepreneurs of the Year (Primary School) 2025!

These bright young innovators wowed the judges with their idea: “Totally Not a Panic Button.”

Their product is 100% customisable, with a variety of patterns to choose from, and designed to be discreet and hidden under clothing for safety and peace of mind.

Meet Will — Young Entrepreneur of the Year (High School) 2025!

In this photo, you’ll see Will proudly standing with our judges after being awarded the Young Entrepreneur of the Year title at the 2025 Young Eyes Festival.

Will’s entrepreneurial journey began unexpectedly at just 14 years old. When a friend staying over mentioned he needed a haircut, Will confidently said, “I can do it.” That moment sparked a passion — and he hasn’t looked back since.

From cutting hair in his backyard to building a thriving home-based clientele, Will quickly became known for his talent, professionalism, and drive. His story has captured national attention, landing him in the media and earning an incredible 250,000 Instagram followers.

Now, he’s taking the next step: launching his own line of natural, scented hair products — Green Line.

We can’t wait to see where Will takes his business next. The future is looking sharp!
