Our friends at the Wollongong Chess Club are hosting a ANZAC day tournament this Saturday

Here are the juicy details👇🏼

🗓️ 27/04, this Saturday at 10:30 am
🚪Entry Fees is $30 unless you're a titled player
⏲️ Time control is Rapid, so (15 min|10 sec per move)
🏆 First place wins $300 for each division
♟️ Junior plays are also welcomed

📍Wollongong Collegians Rugby Football Club: up the stairs to the right after the entrance. You'll need ID to enter the club.

⌚ The competition starts at 7 pm, so aim to get there at 6:50pm or so to register.

Hello Everyone! There will be another online rapid (10+5) tournament this Tuesday 7/9/21 at 7pm.

Keep in mind this is a themed tournament! We have chosen the reversed sicilian (1. c4 e5) as the starting position.

The NSW Chess Association is holding a rapid chess on Sunday 18th of July! This is not a UoW Delta Affiliated Event, we’re just spreading the word for all you chess players out there.
